Uno diariamente,
y agradezco que estoy rodeada de personas así, trata de dar el 100% en todas las cosas que uno hace, en el trabajo, en sus pasiones, en todo de verdad pero hay días donde uno lo da todo y no recibes nada. Hay días donde están tan molesto que no quieres ayudar a nadie, hay días donde sientes que no puedes estar frustrado porque tu “frustración” no vale, que hay que ayudar para darte cuenta que aún puedes seguir, pero uno también puede explotar en el proceso.
Es horrible sentirse así 
y simplemente hay que drenar o dejar ir por un momento, porque uno de verdad se calienta al punto de que puede llegar a tomar actitudes muy feas. Es horrible compararse, pero en estos momentos de frustración a veces uno empieza a ver el triunfo de los demás y no los disfrutas mucho, es una capa de energía negativa que de verdad a veces es inevitable que llegue, pero por eso es que hago estos post, porque yo no soy perfecta a mi estos huecos me pueden ganar.
Nada se siente más horrible que no te presten atención, nada se siente más feo que sientas que no confían en ti, que sientas que nadie te ayuda o te pone una mano en el hombro para calmar todo lo que sientes y a veces la frustración puede hacer que creas que eso esta pasando, cuando no es así, cuando en realidad así no sea con tu “lenguaje” te están apoyando, te están tratando de alzar para que no te rindas, no pares.
De verdad que actualmente anote muchos planes o cosas que quiero comprar, quiero ahorrar, pero siento que no puedo nada de nada y eso me frustra, me molesta, pero al mismo tiempo me paro por unos segundos y veo que planee, que estoy haciendo y recuerdo que próximamente voy a hacer algo que haga que ya llegue un punto, de nuevo, que pueda ahorrar así sea poco a poco, lograré hace algo que traerá mucha más comodidad para el trabajo, para todo el ambiente en el que estoy en este momento, se logrará algo aunque lleguen días como estos llenos de frustración.
Respira profundo, mira a tu alrededor, agradezcamos todo, y a seguir dándolo todo porque aunque tengamos días grises siempre podremos levantarnos y mas cuando sabemos que lo merecemos, cuando lo ganamos y seguimos creando y trabajando para tenerlo todo y hasta más, tal vez no tenemos el mejor ambiente, tal vez no nos dan lo que merecemos pero igual la vida si me ha hecho ver que de alguna manera lo lograremos todo, porque vamos por el camino correcto, aunque a veces es muy “poco a poco” ese logro se llegará, si no vamos por el correcto al misma vida nos lo demostrará.
Yo sigo trabajando en eso, en no dejarme ganar por la frustración y a veces siento que aunque me frustro, no me rindo pero le doy a entender a los demás que si lo haré, cuando no es así, solo quiero molestarme o desahogar mi molestia para sacar esa sensación de injusticia que tengo por dentro para luego, agarrar una respiración profunda y seguir adelante, igual entiendo porque la gente entiende que si me rendí, buscaré intentar no dar a entender eso, ni me rendiré.

Every day,
and I am thankful that I am surrounded by people like this, you try to give 100% in everything you do, at work, in your passions, in everything really, but there are days where you give everything and you get nothing. There are days where you are so upset that you don't want to help anyone, there are days where you feel that you can't be frustrated because your "frustration" is worthless, that you have to help to realize that you can still go on, but you can also explode in the process.
It is horrible
to feel this way and you just have to drain or let go for a moment, because you really get heated to the point that you can get to take very ugly attitudes. It's horrible to compare yourself, but in these moments of frustration sometimes you start to see the triumph of others and you don't enjoy them much, it's a layer of negative energy that sometimes it's inevitable, but that's why I do these posts, because I'm not perfect, these holes can win me over.
Nothing feels more horrible than not being paid attention to, nothing feels uglier than feeling that they do not trust you, feeling that no one helps you or puts a hand on your shoulder to calm everything you feel and sometimes frustration can make you believe that this is happening, when it is not, when in fact even if it is not with your "language" they are supporting you, they are trying to lift you up so that you do not give up, do not stop.
I really wrote down many plans or things that I want to buy, I want to save, but I feel that I can not do anything at all and that frustrates me, bothers me, but at the same time I stop for a few seconds and see what I plan, what I am doing and I remember that soon I will do something that will make me reach a point, again, that I can save even little by little, I will achieve something that will bring much more comfort for work, for the whole environment in which I am at this moment, something will be achieved even if days like these full of frustration come.
Take a deep breath, look around you, be grateful for everything, and keep giving it all because even if we have gray days we can always get up and more when we know we deserve it, when we earn it and keep creating and working to have it all and even more, maybe we do not have the best environment, maybe we don't get what we deserve but life has made me see that somehow we will achieve everything, because we are on the right path, although sometimes it is very "little by little" that achievement will come, if we are not on the right path, life itself will show it to us.
I keep working on that, on not letting myself be won by frustration and sometimes I feel that although I get frustrated, I do not give up but I give others to understand that I will, when it is not so, I just want to get upset or vent my annoyance to get out that feeling of injustice that I have inside and then, take a deep breath and move forward, I understand why people understand that if I gave up, I will try not to give to understand that, nor will I give up.
