Certainly vacations do not exist when we are mothers, because we still have to do housework and provide food and care for our children, but when we hear the word vacation, we hope at least to sleep a couple of hours more, in theory, to rest, even if it is a chin, hahaha usually does not happen, and this week has been no exception, physical exhaustion has been present, the heat of the season has not been helpful to deal with it. This, together with the fact that the electrical failures do not help much, end up unleashing a physical and emotional exhaustion that is reflected in our performance.
This publication began to be written yesterday, however, it could not be finished to be shared at the time I wanted, but I decided to finish what I started, there have been many publications that I have left halfway, to lose the thread of what I want to say, and is that many times these failures and inconveniences leave me with many unfinished things, and the idea is not to let that continue to happen, as I already mentioned, it is really frustrating, but, you have to go ahead, thank even the negative things, because, these help us to strengthen weaknesses, at this rate I will end up looking like King Leonidas of Sparta hahaha, and not exactly for the body.
Recently I was talking to a friend who is in Chile, and who is desperate to return, because he told me that the situation there has become difficult, my answer was, after all, children are always well received in their mother's house, however, if you have the possibility of not arriving empty-handed, everything would be much better, and is that the world situation is not at its best, and probably come rougher times, given the latest political events.
It is difficult at this time to have positive thoughts, the truth is that it is not easy, but we must always find a way to change any negative thought, we live in times when the energy that surrounds us is not always the best, so we must work on transforming the thought, As they say, to vibrate higher is not always easy, because there are days when, as they say around here, wherever you put your head you get a hammer blow, however, we are obliged to think positive, or at least that's what I want to do whenever I can.
At the end of my post, I think I rambled a bit, the truth is I ended up venting a bit of the intrusive thoughts I've had these past few days, hoping that the week to come will be full of good things, after all it's almost my birthday.

¿No les pasa que se mentalizan para cumplir una programación y por terceras personas o eventos, no pueden cumplirla? Es frustrante, ¡Cierto! En exceso diría yo, el fin de semana pasado me había programado para hacer un determinado número de actividades y también para escribir al menos 3 veces esta semana, y con suerte esta es la segunda vez que lo hago, lamentablemente no pude cumplir tan siquiera el 25% de las cosas que tenía programada; esta semana Mathias ha estado de vacaciones y en principio pensé que podría descansar un poco y cumplir con las actividades programadas, sin embargo, la vida me tenía otra cosa, comenzando con las fallas eléctricas a diario que aunadas al calor sofocante de los últimos días, terminaban dejándome en off por más de 5 horas, pues al regresar el servicio eléctrico, ya me tocaba hacer las actividades de mi trabajo.
Ciertamente las vacaciones no existen cuando somos madres, pues de igual debemos realizar las labores del hogar y proveer alimentos y atención a nuestros pequeños, pero, cuando escuchamos la palabra vacaciones, esperamos al menos poder dormir un par de horas más, en teoría, poder descansar, aunque sea un chin, jajaja por lo general no sucede, y esta semana no ha sido la excepción, el agotamiento físico se ha hecho presente, el calor de la época no ha sido de ayuda para lidiar con él. esto aunado a que las fallas eléctricas no colaboran mucho, terminan desatando un desgaste físico y emocional que se ve reflejado en nuestro rendimiento.
Esta publicación comenzó a escribirse ayer, sin embargo, no se pudo terminar para compartirse en el momento que lo deseaba, pero, decidí terminar lo que empecé, ya han sido muchas las publicaciones que he dejado a medias, por perder el hilo de lo que quiero decir, y es que, muchas veces estas fallas e inconvenientes me dejan con muchas cosas inconclusas, y la idea es no dejar que eso continue pasando, como ya lo mencione, es realmente frustrante, pero, hay que seguir adelante, agradecer hasta las cosas negativas, pues, estas nos ayudan a fortalecer debilidades, a este paso ya terminare pareciéndome al Rey Leónidas de Esparta jajaja, y no precisamente por el cuerpo.
Hace poco conversaba con un amigo que se encuentra en Chile, y que está desesperado por regresar, pues, me comenta que la situación allá se ha tornado difícil, mi respuesta fue, después de todo, los hijos siempre son bien recibidos en casa de su madre, sin embargo, si tienes la posibilidad de no llegar con las manos vacías, todo sería mucho mejor, y es que, la situación a nivel mundial no está en su mejor momento, y probablemente vengan tiempos más rudos, dados los últimos acontecimientos políticos.
Es difícil en estos momentos, tener pensamientos positivos, la verdad es que, fácil no la tenemos, pero, hay que encontrar siempre la manera de cambiar cualquier pensamiento negativo, vivimos tiempos en los que la energía que nos rodea, no es siempre la mejor, por lo que, debemos trabajar en transformar el pensamiento, para que nuestra energía haga la diferencia, como dicen por ahí, vibrar más alto, no siempre es fácil, pues hay días en los que, como dicen por aquí, por donde metes la cabeza te dan un martillazo, sin embargo, estamos en la obligación de pensar en positivo, o por lo menos eso quiero hacer siempre que pueda.
Al final de mi publicación, creo que desvarié un poco, la verdad termine desahogando un poco los pensamientos intrusivos que he tenido estos últimos días, esperando que la semana que está por venir venga cargada de cosas buenas, después de todo ya casi es mi cumpleaños.
