No les ha pasado que muchas veces intentan hacer un balance pero no logran encontrar el equilibrio porque lo que está mal muchas veces pesa más. Quizás si hace algún tiempo te pidieran que hicieras una lista de las cosas que quieras probablemente no habrías enumerado ni la mitad de la que tienes ahora.
He pensado mucho en todas las vueltas que da la vida, en ocasiones disfruto los giros que da pero en otras no paro de pensar, he ido aprendiendo cosas nuevas cada día ya que nunca dejamos de aprender siempre estamos descubriendo algo conociendo cosas nuevas e incluso conociéndonos a nosotros mismos.
Me he dado cuenta que podemos levantarnos de cualquier cosa por muy complejo que nos parezca, podemos comenzar de nuevo y recrearnos por completo ya que nada es permanente ni lo bueno ni lo malo.

A veces nos sentimos tan atascados sin salida, pero se nos olvida que siempre tenemos opciones solo que a veces no nos gustan o se escapan de nuestra zona de confort.
Siempre tendremos un nuevo día para cambiar de mentalidad, para aprender algo nuevo, para crear hábitos saludables, para conocer personas que nos inspiren y se muevan en la misma dirección que nosotros.
A veces nos quejamos porque la vida nos quita personas de nuestro lado, quizás personas a las que amamos... nos quejamos nos lloramos y nos deprimimos pero tal vez eso sea lo mejor ya que no están en la misma sintonía que nosotros.
He tenido que aprender en estos últimos tiempos que si algo no depende de mí no debo desgastarme porque no puedo pretender arreglar algo que yo no hice.

El tiempo tarde o temprano pone todo en su lugar esto lo he podido ver con mis propios ojos quizás en el momento no lo entiendo pero luego me doy cuenta que siempre todo va a su lugar nos da respuesta y acomoda todo.

Muchas veces la ansiedad me agobia tanto por no resolver las cosas como quiero pero qué puedo hacer hay cosas que no dependen de mí y mucho menos las actitudes de las demás personas no depende de mí si alguien a quien quiero se aleja o no las personas vienen y van.
No depende de mí la felicidad de los demás no puedo ir por la vida salvando al mundo, debo enfocarme en mis propios problemas ya que no depende de mí la felicidad de los demás ni el caerle bien a todos he estado enfocándome en tratar de ser la persona que quiere tener a mi lado y con eso es más que suficiente.
Debo entender que las cosas que suceden a mi alrededor no dependen de mí...
