Catarsis Community was born out of a sense of emptiness that we felt existed in Hive; we couldn't find a place to unburden ourselves of the situations we face in life. Any of them, no matter the size of this problem, should have a place and a community in which to take refuge, in which the rest of the users could become support people, people who could lend a hand or give a few words at the time when we need it most, in order to find a way out of that situation, turning it into something positive and bearable.
In Catarsis, we faithfully believe that all human beings are capable of reaching full wellness and peace of mind, this can only happen if we let it out, talking to others, without worrying about being judged. We want everyone to feel welcome and that all their problems and worries are transformed into something positive. Catharsis, is nothing more than that, turning tragedy into something positive, letting out everything you have inside, shouting it out or exposing it in every possible way to reach liberation and that state of peace that we all want to reach and this is the place in #Hive where you can do it.

This community is created for the purpose of sharing wellness and helping others and ourselves to move forward, with words of encouragement and boosting your lives. It is a place to "vent" about all the situations you may be going through. Here you can tell us about the following:
- Personal motivation
- Wellness
- Thoughts.
- Personal struggles.
- Life stories.
- Survivors of illnesses
- Disability and special conditions.
- The tags we will be using to curate your content will be: #vidapersonal, #lifestyle, #wellness, #bienestar, #catarsis. You can add any other related tags to your post.

Catarsis Community nace por una sensación de vacío que sentíamos que existía en Hive; no encontrábamos un sitio para desahogarnos de las situaciones que se nos presentan en la vida. Cualquiera de ellos, sin importar el tamaño de este problema, debería tener un lugar y una comunidad en el cuál refugiarnos, en el que el resto de los usuarios pudieran convertirse en personas de soporte, en gente quien pudiera tender la mano o dar algunas palabras en el momento en el que más lo necesitemos, para poder así encontrar una salida a esa situación, convirtiéndola en algo positivo y llevadero.
En Catarsis, creemos fielmente en todos los seres humanos somos capaces de alcanzar el bienestar pleno y alcanzar la paz mental, esto solo puede suceder si lo dejamos salir, hablando con otros, sin preocuparnos por ser juzgados. Queremos que todos se sientan bienvenidos y que todos sus problemas y preocupaciones se transformen en algo positivo. La Catarsis,no es más que eso, convertir la tragedia en algo positivo, dejando salir todo lo que tienes dentro, gritarlo o exponerlo en todas las formas posibles para alcanzar la liberación y ese estado de paz que todos deseamos alcanzar y este es el lugar en #Hive donde puedes hacerlo.

Esta comunidad está creada con la finalidad de compartir bienestar y ayudar a otros y a nosotros mismos a seguir a adelante, con palabras de ánimo e impulsando su vidas. Es un sitio para "desahogarse" de todas situaciones por la que puedas estar pasando. Aquí puedes contarnos sobre los siguientes puntos:
