The first thing you will do is write down 20 physical characteristics that you love about yourself, then 20 non-tangible characteristics (of your personality or spirituality) that you love about yourself. Then you will answer how you feel after seeing so many beautiful things that you love and that characterize you, and if you were aware of it.

Una vez hayas respondido estas preguntas, te invito a quedarte en ese mood de bienestar contigo mismo y escuchar una canción que te reafirme lo especial que eres, yo te recomiendo: Coldplay - Adventure Of A Lifetime. Luego de gozarte la canción y estando en ese estado de ánimo. Te invito ahora a que en esta plantilla escribas en forma de lista 6-12cosas que odias de ti. Y tú me dirás: pero Joysse, ¿Esto no es de amor propio? Yo solo te digo, tranquilo que todo tiene un propósito.
Una vez que hayas escrito 6-12 cosas que odias de ti ya sea de tu físico o de tu personalidad, al lado vas a escribir que le dirías a tu mejor amig@, a tu hij@, madre o ser querido si te dijera que tiene ese defecto.
Te doy ejemplos:
• Yo odio ser impuntual, y al lado escribiría: Tranquila sólo lo eres cuando no te organizas bien, en la mayoría de los casos no lo eres y has mejorado mucho.
• Odio estar gorda, al lado escribo: No te preocupes es algo completamente posible de cambiar solo debes implementar un plan y ponerte manos a la obra.
• Dejo todo lo que hago por la mitad, quizá tu mejor amiga te diría: Eso con un poco de disciplina y esfuerzo se arregla

La cuestión es que cada vez que salga esa voz malvada a decirte, odio x cosa de mi, tu ya tengas una respuesta amable para ello y seas tú, presisamente quien se convierta en tu propio mejor amigo que te impulsa a mejorar y que te aleja de la desdicha cuando algo simplemente no lo puedes cambiar.
Esta es una manera de ir entrenando a tu voz interior cuando magnificamos nuestros defectos.
