Estar enfermo (a), sentir que por mas que te esfuerzas no avanzas, sentir que lo que si viene rapido son los problemas, porque vienen solos, pero lo bueno hay qyue ganarselo, para lo bueno hay que tener paciencia y dedicación y mucha fe.
Creo que siempre en ninguna situación debemos compararnos, ni juzgar ni juzgarnos, ni ser demasiado duros con nostros mismos, la vida muchas veces no es color de rosa.
En las redes sociales , vemos mucha gente que aparenta supuesta felicidad eterna, pero tal cosa no existe, exito en todo, una vida de lujo, o que todo esta perfecto con la pareja... y mucho de eso es falso, el punto es que muchas veces los sentimientos de insuficiencia pueden venir de compararnos con lo que han "logrado" los demas, alguien que haya estudiado con nosotros o que tenga eso que queremos, o que creemos querer...
Otras veces nuestro propio sentimiento de insuficiencia viene de compararnos que algo del pasado o nuestro yo pasado. O de vivir eternamente tratando de complacer gente que no parece estar satisfecha con nada...
Creo que a todos nos han pasado estas situaciones y creo que es muy normal que suceda , todos tenemos exceptativas y si no las cumplimos nos sentimos frustrados. Creemos que siempre el ayer fue mejor, entonces sentimos nostalgia de algo que vivimos o personas que estuvieron que ya no estan.
Muchas veces, llega la adversidad y es como si la vida nos golpeara, porque nos llega la desesperación de que se cumpla lo que queremos y aun no se materializa... Entonces viene la ansiedad, los pensamientos en bucle, no saber que hacer para resolver el problema y que no cause mas caos del que ya se esta creando. Vivir siempre queriendo preveer, tomar precauciones, poder anticipar ciertas cosas para que no suceda esto o aquello y luego sentir.... que nos desviamos de nuestros sueños, que los problemas del dia a dia nos alejan de lo que queremos.... O será todo una ilusión...?
En estos momentos ando pasando una bendita alergia bastante molesta que me tiene inquieta, que no se me cura, no se como llamarla, alergia, sinusitis o que?
La cita con el otorrinolaringologo cuesta 50$ dinero del que no dispongo aun, tendria que ahorrarlo o en su defecto ir a un internista que no es taaan costoso. Tengo desde febrero este problema de salud, que me parece muy molesto, y cada cierto tiempo tengo que anticiparme para que no se empeore, el mes de abril me salia un moco amarillo y me mandaron muchas pastillas, mejore, pero no me curé y aqui estoy con otro tratamiento, esperando que este si me cure esto... Esperemos que si...
Quizas como todo en la vida, nos toca armarnos de muchisima paciencia y amor y hacer todo con la esperanza de que Dios obra a nuestro favor y ponernos en sus manos y NO PENSAR TANTO.... 😅

I think that all of us have gone through these situations and I think it is very normal that it happens, we all have exceptativas and if we do not meet them we feel frustrated. We believe that yesterday was always better, then we feel nostalgic for something we lived or people who were there but are no longer there.
Many times, adversity comes and it is as if life hits us, because we are desperate for what we want to be fulfilled and it has not yet materialized... Then comes the anxiety, the loop thoughts, not knowing what to do to solve the problem and not to cause more chaos than what is already being created. To live always wanting to foresee, to take precautions, to be able to anticipate certain things so that this or that does not happen and then feel .... that we deviate from our dreams, that the problems of the day to day take us away from what we want .... Or is it all an illusion...?
At the moment I'm going through a blessed allergy that is bothering me a lot, I don't know what to call it, allergy, sinusitis or what?
The appointment with the otorhinolaryngologist costs 50$ money that I do not have yet, I would have to save it or otherwise go to an internist that is not so expensive. I have since February this health problem, which I find very annoying, and every so often I have to anticipate so that it does not get worse, the month of April I had a yellow mucus and they sent me many pills, I got better, but I was not cured and here I am with another treatment, hoping that this if I cure this...
