Hola mi gente bonita de esta linda comunidad. Es un placer para mi estar compartiendo con ustedes a manera de catarsis todas aquellas emociones que me perturban tal como es el miedo. Y en aquellas circunstancias donde aparece el miedo hago algo muy sencillo. A pesar de no ser una fotógrafa profesional. Saco mi celular y con su cámara comienzo a tomar fotografías de flores. Waooo esto es lo máximo para calmar esos estados de ansiedad donde el miedo te quiera dominar. Esta terapia es buenísima me he apoyado en ella desde que descubrí la pasión por las fotografías de flores.
Hello my beautiful people of this beautiful community. It is a pleasure for me to be sharing with you by way of catharsis all those emotions that disturb me such as fear. And in those circumstances where fear appears I do something very simple. Even though I am not a professional photographer. I take out my cell phone and with its camera I start taking pictures of flowers. Waooo this is the best to calm those states of anxiety where fear wants to dominate you. This therapy is great, I have relied on it since I discovered my passion for flower photography.
Por lo tanto recomiendo a todas aquellas personas que el miedo las acorrala, que las emociones quieren desestabilizar su tranquilidad, podemos acudir a un plan B. Lo primero que debemos hacer es respirar profundo y no dejarnos envolver por ellas. Debemos enfocarnos en hacer algo que nos apasione y nos entretenga. En mi caso es la fotografía, inclusive hasta de arboles muy altos y frondosos me encanta capturarlos con la cámara de mi celular. Hace días hice un recorrido por la urbanización donde vivo, me sentía con un miedo tremendo que decidí salir a caminar, respirar aire puro y pasear por toda la urbanización, que no es muy grande. Tenía que drenar todas esas emociones negativas que me estaban asfixiando. Solo me viste muy ligera, cómoda y lo importante era sentirme en confort para poder dedicarme a tomar fotografías de algunas flores.
Therefore, I recommend to all those people who are cornered by fear, whose emotions want to destabilize their tranquility, we can resort to a plan B. Todo lo que venga de la naturaleza y es digno de apreciar me enamora, me apasiona. Convencida cien por ciento que la naturaleza es maravillosa y bondadosa, que nos ayuda a sanar y a calmar nuestro estado de ánimos, y todo lo relacionado con nuestras emociones. Solo es cuestión de poner de nuestra parte para poderlas vencer. En mi caso cuando tengo emociones que me perturban que una de las mas que aparecen son los miedos y esto trae consigo la ansiedad. Lo primero que hago es alistarme con ropa cómoda, y salir a relajarme siempre acompañada de mi celular, mucha gente en la urbanización donde vivo me conocen y saben que me encanta tomar fotografías.
Everything that comes from nature and is worth appreciating makes me fall in love with it, I am passionate about it. I am one hundred percent convinced that nature is wonderful and kind, that it helps us to heal and calm our moods, and everything related to our emotions. It is only a matter of doing our part to overcome them. In my case when I have emotions that disturb me, one of the most that appear are fears and this brings anxiety. The first thing I do is to get ready with comfortable clothes, and go out to relax always accompanied by my cell phone, many people in the urbanization where I live know me and know that I love to take pictures.
Ese contacto con la naturaleza a través de las flores, observarlas, tocar su textura, oler la fragancia que emanan, compararlas unas con las otras, y lo más importante capturar su imagen con la cámara de mi celular eso no tiene precio y me apasiona. Me siento tan bien, para mi es una terapia. En esos momentos que me siento de lo peor enseguida salgo hacer lo que me apasiona. Así como las emociones aparecen y no podemos desaparecerlas y no volverlas a sentir y nos desequilibran es inútil eliminarlas pero si podemos controlarlas que es lo mas importante. Allí actúa nuestra inteligencia emocional que nos permitirá manejar nuestras emociones de una manera adecuada y acertada. Es una manera de contribuir a mejorar nuestra salud mental, física y emocional. Por eso amo este arte de tomar fotografías y me ha ayudado a controlar mis emociones por lo tanto es una herramienta muy útil y para mi necesaria. Por eso siempre recomiendo a que lo que me beneficia a mi puede beneficiar a otros y esas recomendaciones que doy me llenan de satisfacción siempre y cuando la tomen en cuenta.
