Sentir para decidir: en la formación de Biodanza aprendí a responder a mis dudas ante una situación que requiera tomar alguna decisión, haciéndome las preguntas existenciales.
¿Qué quiero hacer? ¿Dónde quiero estar? Y ¿Con quién quiero estar?
No solo para decisiones importantes, sino también en mi cotidianidad surgen circunstancias en las que aplicarlas, es poderoso.
En estos últimos días, he realizado un trabajo sin remuneración económica y en el que he invirtiendo mi tiempo y mi talento. Sin embargo, por decisión propia quise hacerlo, porque me gusta lo que hago, aprendo y me siento muy bien trabajando con las personas involucradas en el proyecto. Eso, en su momento, fue la respuesta a las tres preguntas existenciales, “lo hago porque quiero y me hago responsable por eso” además me sentía muy bien, lo disfrutaba y me divertía incluso.
Ya a punto de culminar el trabajo sucedió algo que me decepciono, cambio mis intereses y mi ánimo. Yo estaba emocionada por ser parte de una de las actividades y cuando me postule, la respuesta fue tajante y un contundente “tú no puedes” prefiriendo ocupar a otros compañeros que tienen participación en otras actividades.
Es cierto que de pronto no tengo un titulo formal, sin embargo no se me dio la oportunidad de mostrar mis talentos.
Lo peor de todo fue, que luego vi que otro grupo los compañeros tienen menos experiencia que yo y estarán participando en la actividad con el apoyo de otras personas. Eso me alegro mucho porque tuvieron esa oportunidad de que si los valoraran y los motivaran.
Ahí dentro de mi profunda decepción y tristeza, de nuevo me hice las tres preguntas existenciales, cerré mis ojos para saber que sentía, luego más tarde cuando nos reunimos, ratificándose la negativa a mi solicitud, allí mi corazón me dio la respuesta: “No quiero estar donde no tengo la oportunidad de mostrar quien soy, ese no es mi lugar”
Así que estos próximos días culminare la labor con la cual me comprometí, porque soy responsable y cumplida y aunque mi ánimo no sea el mismo, buscare la manera de que el tiempo que me quede haciendo el trabajo sea lo menos incómodo para mí.
Estar en un lugar donde no me sienta bien, donde no vibre o no me sienta en sintonía, no es coherente con lo que quiero transmitir a los demás y en definitiva no es saludable ni me da bienestar.
Hoy antes de sentarme a escribir, di las gracias por lo que me paso, porque como digo “no todo es color de rosa” y así como hay luces, también hay sombras que son parte de nuestras vidas y esto me permitió tener el valor de soltar sin remordimiento, algo que me produjo paz y a apreciarme a mí misma.
A veces nos enganchamos en el problema y no buscamos la solución, o nos quedamos para complacer a otros mientras no nos sentimos bien, o por miedos a lo desconocido preferimos estar en un ambiente poco saludable.
Sé que puedo hacer muchas otras cosas que me van a dar satisfacciones y muchos frutos, además sé que puedo hacer lo que quiero, eso sí, con quienes me den la oportunidad de mostrar mis talentos, en el lugar que tiene que ser y cuando tenga que ser.
Pase de la sorpresa a la decepción, luego a la rabia y a la tristeza, ahora me siento mejor, pasar la página y seguir adelante eso es lo que voy hacer.

Not only for important decisions, but also in my daily life circumstances arise in which to apply them, it is powerful.
In the last few days, I have been doing a job without economic remuneration and in which I have invested my time and talent. However, by choice I wanted to do it, because I like what I do, I learn and I feel very good working with the people involved in the project. That, at the time, was the answer to the three existential questions, "I do it because I want to and I take responsibility for it" plus I felt very good, I enjoyed it and I even had fun.
When I was about to finish the job, something happened that disappointed me, changed my interests and my mood. I was excited to be part of one of the activities and when I applied, the answer was blunt and a resounding "you can't" preferring to occupy other colleagues who have participation in other activities.
It is true that I may not have a formal degree, but I was not given the opportunity to showcase my talents.
The worst of all was that later I saw that another group of colleagues had less experience than me and were participating in the activity with the support of other people. I was very happy about that because they had the opportunity to be valued and motivated.
There within my deep disappointment and sadness, again I asked myself the three existential questions, I closed my eyes to know what I felt, then later when we met, ratifying the refusal to my request, there my heart gave me the answer: "I don't want to be where I don't have the opportunity to show who I am, that's not my place."
So these next few days I will complete the work with which I committed myself, because I am responsible and fulfilled and although my mood is not the same, I will look for ways to make the time I have left doing the job as uncomfortable as possible for me.
Being in a place where I do not feel good, where I do not vibrate or feel in tune, is not consistent with what I want to convey to others and ultimately is not healthy and does not give me well-being.
Today before sitting down to write, I gave thanks for what happened to me, because as I say "not everything is rosy" and just as there are lights, there are also shadows that are part of our lives and this allowed me to have the courage to let go without remorse, something that gave me peace and to appreciate myself.
Sometimes we get caught up in the problem and do not look for the solution, or we stay to please others while we do not feel well, or out of fear of the unknown we prefer to be in an unhealthy environment.
I know that I can do many other things that will give me satisfaction and many fruits, and I also know that I can do what I want to do, with those who give me the opportunity to show my talents, in the place where it has to be and when it has to be.
I went from surprise to disappointment, then anger and sadness, now I feel better, turn the page and move on, that's what I'm going to do.
