He visto como últimamente las personas se quejan de sentirse agobiados por el hecho de no observar un avance claro en el ámbito laboral, académico, familiar, social, entre otros, es decir, el fracaso inminente les frustra y se sienten inservibles y que su esfuerzo no vale para nada. Pues si, es cierto, si te estas esforzando por trabajar en una empresa que te paga mucho menos de lo que en realidad estás produciendo, en realidad vas a fracasar y vas a ser un ser inservible para ti mismo porque no estás siendo realmente consciente del valor de tu trabajo y no va a haber un avance significativo porque estarás dentro de un ciclo diseñado para que tu potencial no sea desarrollado y siempre estés destinado al fracaso.
Pensarás: Pero en la empresa donde yo trabajo hay oportunidades de crecimiento, y tengo mucho éxito porque gano mucho dinero. Yo te digo, en tu empresa ¿Cuántas oportunidades tienes de ser el vicepresidente o socio del dueño de la compañía y tener las ganancias por igual que tiene el dueño? Porque en todos los negocios, el presidente de una empresa jamás va a ganar el sueldo mínimo que cobra el personal regular. Volverás a pensar: Pero es que el dueño se merece el sueldo que tiene porque la propiedad intelectual y material es suya. Yo responderé que si, es cierto, pero el valor de la producción tiene mucho más peso porque sin producción no se generan ganancias, y las personas que se encargan de producir son recompensados prácticamente con nada, y mientras más fuerza de trabajo tenga un trabajador, menos salario devenga.
Muchas veces los profesionales somos unas basuras de personas porque nos quejamos únicamente de nuestros derechos como profesionales, y nos olvidamos que hay otros trabajadores en otras condiciones, pero a nosotros sólo nos interesan los 5 años que pasamos en la universidad, que realmente fueron 2 años los que valieron la pena como mucho, porque los otros 3 fueron clases repetidas, profesores mediocres, falta de nuestro interés y de vez en cuando las escapadas para ir a fiestas; pero decimos que fueron 5 años con orgullo para sentirnos más que los demás, y si tienes un magistrado o un doctorado pues peor se pone el ego. Hay personas que realizan tareas con una carga de trabajo mucho mayor que la nuestra y cobran por debajo de nuestro sueldo, como por ejemplo los auxiliares de limpieza o los asistentes de mantenimiento, que se encargan de limpiar y mantener en pie una edificación completa. Limpiar significa desde recoger los papeles llenos de tinta en el suelo de una oficina hasta recoger los papeles llenos de ... tinta en el suelo de un baño; y por otro lado mantener significa conservar las instalaciones en perfecto estado, pintar las paredes, cambiar los bombillos, desechar los escritorios dañados, y eso incluye cargar los botes te pintura hasta el lugar, cargar las cajas de luces, y cargar con los escritorios inservibles hasta el lugar de la basura. En otras palabras, hay muchas personas que realizan ciertos trabajos que no están dispuestas a realizar la mayoría de las personas, y son mal pagados, además de no tener la posibilidad de tener un crecimiento dentro de la empresa por no contar con los estudios requeridos para otro cargo, quizás porque a lo mejor nunca tuvo la posibilidad o el tiempo de estudiar porque tuvo que trabajar y mantener a su familia a temprana edad o sus padres nunca pudieron continuar pagando sus estudios.
El punto es que las personas se sienten mal porque en realidad están haciendo felices a otras personas en todos los ámbitos, y no se preocupan en hacer las cosas que les hacen bien. Muchos por el temor de quebrar no realizan su propia empresa, así sea de costura o lavandería, eso no importa, lo que en realidad importa es que quieras lo que hagas y te liberes del sistema económico que te obliga a depender de un salario estipulado por un sistema político, y comiences a construir un futuro por tu cuenta sin tener que depender de la caridad de un político o un empresario, y comiences a depender del valor de tu trabajo y la fuerza de tu espalda. La única diferencia entre sentirse mal por depender de otros y sentirse mal por depender de uno mismo, es que cuando tienes tu destino en tus propias manos puedes hacer lo que quieras con la constancia, pero mientras dejes que el destino dependa de otras personas estarás sujeto a su voluntad sin tener mucha diferencia tu vida con la de los esclavos africanos de siglos pasados.
Como nota aparte, y en especial para los miembros de la comunidad de #Catarsis y también otros usuarios que hacen vida en las distintas plataformas de #Hive; muchas veces nos sentimos mal cuando realizamos un trabajo que creemos que tiene cierto valor en la plataforma y no es votado en la manera que esperábamos, además que cuando vemos otros trabajos que comparados con los nuestros parecen haber sido escritos por niños de preescolar o pensados por personas sin criterio de ningún tipo, y que también son mucho más tomados en cuenta por las personas que recompensan el contenido en la plataforma. Si en verdad disfrutan lo que hacen, y sienten una vocación por llevar un contenido en específico a la plataforma más allá de también ser recompensados adecuadamente, continúen haciéndolo con cariño, devoción y pasión porque lo importante aquí no es sólo ganar el dinero que es muy necesario para quienes tenemos dificultades económicas, sino que nuestro trabajo sea reconocido por sobre otros, y eso se logra haciendo contenido único con el que las demás personas se sientan idenftificadas al momento de realizar un comentario y decirte que tu trabajo es especial. No trabajes solamente por dinero, sino también por tener la satisfacción de que aquello a lo que te dedicas es reconocido por alguna persona en el planeta como algo irrepetible.

The point is that people feel bad because they are actually making other people happy in all areas, and do not care about doing the things that make them well. The only difference between feeling bad for depending on others and feeling bad for depending on yourself, is that when you have your destiny in your own hands you can do what you want with constancy, but as long as you let your destiny depend on other people you will be subject to their will without having much difference your life with that of the African slaves of past centuries.
