Creo que todos alguna vez nos hemos sentido estancados o improductivos, no siempre tenemos esa buena racha de hacer cosas y obtener la dopamina que genera el lograr metas poco a poco, por mucho que quisiéramos que así fuese.
Estos últimos días he estado mal del estómago y eso me ha dejado sin ánimos, energía o ganas de hacer cualquier cosa, pero, algo que no me deja estar tranquila es mi pequeña mentecita a la que le encanta hacer de todo un gran lío y no dejarme tranquila, por mucho que intente silenciarla, así que creo que uno de los mejores remedios para eso es liberar un poco escribiendo lo que siento aquí, tal vez para mí misma, tal vez para alguien más que esté pasando por lo mismo o que pasa por lo mismo una y otra vez.
No tengo una solución para ello, ojalá. De hecho la ansiedad es algo que se maneja con profesionales, pero no todos tenemos esta oportunidad, así que debemos cuidar de nosotros mismos y buscar ayuda por nuestros propios medios.
Es eso lo que hago a veces, veo vídeos de autoayuda o superación personal, otras, solo escucho historias de otras personas sin llegar a una conclusión o solución, solo porque me hacen sentir identificada y apoyada, aun cuando no conozco para nada a la persona, se siente bien, es tipo No soy la única.

I think we have all felt stagnant or unproductive at some point, we don't always have that good streak of doing things and getting the dopamine that comes from achieving goals little by little, as much as we would like it to be so.
These last few days I have been sick to my stomach and that has left me with no mood, energy, or desire to do anything, but, something that does not let me be calm is the little mind that loves to make everything a big mess and not leave me alone, no matter how much I try to silence it, so I think one of the best remedies for that is to release a little by writing what I feel here, maybe for myself, maybe for someone else who is going through the same thing or who goes through the same thing over and over again.
I don't have a solution for it, I wish I did. Anxiety is something that is handled by professionals, but not all of us have this opportunity, so we have to take care of ourselves and seek help by our means.
That's what I do sometimes, I watch self-help or self-improvement videos, others, I just listen to other people's stories without reaching a conclusion or solution, just because they make me feel identified and supported, even when I don't know the person at all, it feels good, it's like I'm not the only one.
Últimamente cada que intento descansar mi mente me atormenta con pensamientos como No has hecho esto, no has adelantado lo otro, te quedaste sin ideas para tus post, ¿Por qué no has editado aquella foto que dijiste que editarías? ¿Por qué no lees más para darte más ideas? ¿Ya terminaste aquel ejercicio pendiente de aquella materia en la que no te está yendo bien? ¿Por qué no has ordenado tu cuarto hoy? Recuerda que tienes ropa sucia que debes lavar, ¿Qué comeremos hoy? Se está acabando la comida, pronto tienes que comprar. No hemos visto al gato hoy ¿Será que algo malo le pasó o no volverá? y así puede durar mucho, mucho tiempo y es realmente agotador.
Algunas veces he tenido problemas para dormir. En las noches duermo bien, no me cuesta mucho, pero creo que nunca logro las 8 horas que recomiendan, ni cerca.
Mi reloj natural ya está fijo para despertar temprano, así me haya dormido tarde la noche anterior, es por ello que en horas de la tarde me da mucho sueño y me siento agotada, así que cuando intento tomar una pequeña siesta para compensar, todos estos pensamientos me abordan y sencillamente no logro dormir nada y termino muy frustrada porque sigo sintiéndome cansada y no puedo ser "productiva" de esta forma y me hace sentir muy culpable luego.
Lately, every time I try to rest my mind torments me with thoughts like You haven't done this, you haven't done that, you ran out of ideas for your posts, why haven't you edited that picture you said you would edit, why don't you read more to give you more ideas, have you finished that pending exercise of that subject you are not doing well in, why haven't you tidied your room today, remember you have dirty clothes to wash, what will we eat today? Remember you have dirty clothes to wash, what are we eating today? We are running out of food, you have to shop soon, we haven't seen the cat today, maybe something bad happened to it or it won't come back? and it can go on for a long, long time and it is tiring.
Sometimes I have had trouble sleeping. At night I sleep well, I don't have a hard time, but I don't think I ever get the recommended 8 hours, not even close.
My natural clock is already set to wake up early, even if I slept late the night before, that's why in the afternoon hours I get very sleepy and feel exhausted, so when I try to take a little nap to compensate, all these thoughts come to me and I just can't sleep at all and I end up very frustrated because I keep feeling tired and I can't be "productive" in this way and it makes me feel very guilty afterward.
A veces hablo conmigo misma, sí, quizá suene algo loco para algunas personas, pero es como que si tuviese tanto ruido en mis pensamientos que no encontrase la forma ideal de sacarlos, por suerte tengo este medio tendiéndome la mano y también a mis amistades, que son increíbles y todos estamos en nuestros 20s y sabemos que la crisis de los 20s es real y nos identificamos el uno con el otro.
Es realmente agotador el día a día, el tener tu cabeza constantemente aturdiéndote y sin poder estar relajada y sin querer hablarlo a veces con otras personas por no querer escuchar aquellos consejos vacíos que nos brindan por salir del paso, sé que no es con mala intención, pero termina siendo frustrante porque no es tan fácil como decirle a tu cerebro Oye, eres parte de mí, ¿Por qué pareciera que me odias y eres mi enemigo a veces? Cállate 2 horas por favor y que te haga caso jaja.
A todo aquel que me esté leyendo y esté pasando por algo similar, quiero decirte que lo estas haciendo bien, solo el hecho de estar aquí e intentarlo día a día es un logro muy grande y tu valor como persona no está definido con que tan "productivo" estas siendo, descansa.

Sometimes I talk to myself, yup, maybe it sounds crazy to some people, but it's as if I have so much noise in my thoughts that I can't find the ideal way to get them out, luckily I have this medium reaching out to me and also to my friends, who are amazing and we are all in our 20s and we know that the 20s crisis is real and we identify with each other.
It's exhausting the day-to-day, having your head constantly bogging you down and not being able to relax and not wanting to talk about it sometimes with other people because you don't want to listen to that empty advice they give us to get out of the way, I know it's not meant in a bad way, but it ends up being frustrating because it's not as easy as telling your brain Hey, you are part of me, why do you seem like you hate me and are my enemy sometimes? Shut up for 2 hours please and make me listen to you haha.
To everyone who is reading me and going through something similar, I want to tell you that you are doing well, just the fact of being here and trying day by day is a great achievement, and your value as a person is not defined by how "productive" you are being, rest assured.
