Comienzo preguntando : quien no tiene fantasmas en su vida?, A mi manera de pensar, creo que no existe alguien en este mundo que no tenga fantasmas en su vida, ya que esos fantasmas aparecen para enseñarnos algo, en muchos casos para que tengamos los pies sobre la tierra, y entender el valor que tenemos como seres humanos.
I begin by asking: who doesn't have ghosts in their lives? To my way of thinking, I believe that there is no one in this world who doesn't have ghosts in their lives, since those ghosts appear to teach us something, in many cases so that we have our feet on the ground, and understand the value we have as human beings.
Esos fantasmas llegan a nuestras vidas y se apoderan de uno por completo dependiendo la situación que estemos viviendo, y con quién la estemos viviendo, y que tan débiles emocionalmente estemos en ese momento, influyendo de manera negativa, nos sentimos atados de manos, logrando obstruir nuestros avances en todo los ámbitos.
These ghosts come into our lives and take over completely depending on the situation we are living, and with whom we are living it, and how emotionally weak we are at that moment, influencing in a negative way, we feel our hands tied, obstructing our progress in all areas.
Desde mi perspectiva, soy de las que piensa que esos fantasmas son creados por nosotros mismos en nuestra mente y en momentos algo tensos debido a ciertas situaciones que se nos presentan y creemos que no podemos hacer frente, y debemos estar claros que mientras tengamos vida, encontraremos obstáculos que debemos enfrentar y solucionar de la mejor manera posible.
From my perspective, I am one of those who think that these ghosts are created by ourselves in our minds and in tense moments due to certain situations that arise and we believe that we cannot cope, and we must be clear that while we have life, we will find obstacles that we must face and solve in the best possible way.
Fantasmas como la depresión, procastinacion, tristeza, ansiedad, el pensar mucho adelantándonos a situaciones que tal vez no ocurran, perdida de algún ser querido, entre otros son aquellos enemigos que aparecen repentinamente causando gran cantidad de problemas emocionales que van deteriorando nuestra salud poco a poco.
Ghosts such as depression, procastination, sadness, anxiety, thinking too much ahead to situations that may not occur, loss of a loved one, among others are those enemies that appear suddenly causing a lot of emotional problems that deteriorate our health little by little.
Pero lo más importante de todo es saber identificar que es lo que nos está sucediendo porque todos esos fantasmas aunque muy parecidos, son totalmente diferentes, pero al final el daño que causan es el mismo.
But the most important thing of all is to know how to identify what is happening to us because all these ghosts, although very similar, are totally different, but in the end the damage they cause is the same.
Un ejemplo lo vemos en la tristeza que se manifiesta en momentos de estrés, la depresión, es un trastorno mental, por otro lado tenemos la procastinacion donde evadimos nuestras responsabilidades, las dejamos de un lado, y en lo que se refiere a la ansiedad es esa sensación de miedo y angustia constante, también tenemos el pensar demasiado, pues nos creamos unas historias equivocas en la mente que no contribuyen en nada, o la perdida de algún ser querido que nos bloquea mentalmente, como podemos ver todos estos fantasmas influyen de manera importante en nuestras vidas.
An example we see it in the sadness that manifests itself in times of stress, depression, is a mental disorder, on the other hand we have the procastinacion where we avoid our responsibilities, we leave them aside, and as far as anxiety is concerned is that feeling of constant fear and anxiety, we also have to think too much, because we create some wrong stories in the mind that do not contribute anything, or the loss of a loved one that blocks us mentally, as we can see all these ghosts influence significantly in our lives.
Nuestros problemas cotidianos en muchos casos son los que le abren las puertas de nuestra mente a estos fantasmas, hay personas que se encierran tanto en estos problemas y al darse cuenta que no tienen solución pues optan hasta por el suicidio.
Our daily problems in many cases are the ones that open the doors of our mind to these ghosts, there are people who are so enclosed in these problems and when they realize that they have no solution, they even opt for suicide.
Estas personas no las juzgo, pero tampoco estoy de acuerdo en esa actitud, si es cierto que esos fantasmas nos agobian, pero también es cierto que debemos buscar ayuda profesional para vencer esos malos sentimientos que nos invaden y no nos dejan vivir.
I do not judge these people, but I do not agree with this attitude either. It is true that these ghosts overwhelm us, but it is also true that we should seek professional help to overcome these bad feelings that invade us and do not let us live.
Todos tenemos problemas, unos más grandes o graves que otros, pero para todo siempre abra una solución, se que a veces se hace difícil salir de esa situación, solo es cuestión de proponérselo y comenzar, todo comienzo es difícil pero no imposible.
We all have problems, some bigger or more serious than others, but for everything there is always a solution, I know that sometimes it is difficult to get out of that situation, it is just a matter of proposing it and start, every beginning is difficult but not impossible.
En estos momentos hay muchas personas que están pasando por situaciones muy complicadas, no tienen un hogar, comida, salud, han sido víctimas de algún fenómeno Natural, lo han perdido todo, y aún así luchan hasta mejorar su situacion, eso es una gran muestra de fuerza y ganas de salir adelante.
At this time there are many people who are going through very complicated situations, they do not have a home, food, health, have been victims of some natural phenomenon, have lost everything, and still fight to improve their situation, that is a great sign of strength and desire to move forward.
No podemos pasar los días llorando en una cama o encerrados en nuestros pensamientos sin hacer nada productivo solo destruyendo nuestra vida, tenemos que trabajar en nosotros, pensar en positivo, salir a la calle aunque sea para dar vueltas, visitar a nuestros amigos, mantener la mente ocupada, hacer ejercicios, entre otras actividades, y pensar siempre que nada es eterno, todo pasa, pues hoy podrá estar todo nublado, pero mañana saldrá el sol.
We cannot spend our days crying in bed or locked in our thoughts without doing anything productive, we have to work on ourselves, think positive, go out even if it is just to walk around, visit our friends, keep our minds busy, exercise, among other activities, and always think that nothing is eternal, everything passes, because today everything may be cloudy, but tomorrow the sun will come out.
Para finalizar les digo que también es importante luchar, agradecer, y tener mucha fe en que pronto lograremos solucionar todos nuestros problemas, y si no podemos, bueno, no hay que deprimirse, entonces dejemos todo en mano de Dios que el es bueno, para el no hay nada imposible.
To conclude I say that it is also important to fight, to be thankful, and to have a lot of faith that soon we will be able to solve all our problems, and if we cannot, well, there is no need to get depressed, then let's leave everything in God's hands, he is good, for him nothing is impossible.
La vida es corta y muy bella, llena de alegrías y tristezas, de bajadas y subidas, y con todo lo que se nos pueda presentar, siempre tendremos oportunidades de salir adelante, así que ánimo, no permitas que estos fantasmas mentales se apoderen de ti, vive, ríe, pero sobre todo, se agradecido siempre.
