Volver a Hive luego de casi 1 mes / Bienvenidos a mi renovada vida

Otra vez por aca, retomando y volviendo. Unos días con ganas de escribir pero no encontraba el camino. Aquí estoy y siempre es bueno volver.
Hace un mes mi vida dió un giro muy grande, pensaba que me iba a quebrar y mis pensamientos me atraparon en un solo propósito. Mi papá.
Aunque existía, era mamá, mi prioridad era mi papá. Mi cabeza y cuerpo no se alejaban de él, casi no razonaba para más nada que sólo él.
Muchas veces drenamos escribiendo, en este caso no encontraba palabras y si escribía algo, sentía que me iba a romper. Tanto así que me enferme.
Cuando los cuidadores, cuidamos, nos atacan los nervios y estos salen por todos lados. Esto a su vez hace que nos enfermemos. Para remato nos preocupamos porque nos enfermamos.
He vuelto a Hive, dado a que mi cabeza ya está mejor, mi cuerpo está mejor y mi papá esta mejor, mis emociones se fueron un fin de semana encerrada en casa llorando. Siempre es necesario drenar.
Hoy día, estoy bien, con algo de gripe para variar, pero bien. Me siento bien, fuerte emocionalmente para recibir a la navidad, trabajar y lograr las metas.
Ya todo está volviendo a su lugar, he visto que hay buen ambiente y muchas ganas de seguir. Mi cabeza ha vuelto a ser la misma, activa y sin lagunas mentales.
Duermo 8 horas al dia, me estoy durmiendo a las 9:30pm y me despierto al amanecer, a veces un poquito más o un poquito menos. Hay noches donde mi cerebro tiene una discoteca con musica a todo volumen y otras noches sueño con trabajo. Lo importante es que descanso.
Se han ido cerrando ciclos y abriendo otros. Vamos por más y espero encontrarnos entre comentarios.

Return to Hive after almost 1 month / Welcome to my renewed life

A month ago my life took a big turn, I thought I was going to break and my thoughts trapped me in a single purpose. My dad.
Although I existed, I was a mother, my priority was my father. My head and body did not move away from him, I hardly reasoned for anything other than just him.
Many times we drain ourselves by writing, in this case I couldn't find words and if I wrote something, I felt like I was going to break. So much so that I got sick.
When caregivers take care, our nerves attack and they come out everywhere. This in turn makes us sick. To top it off we worry because we get sick.
I have returned to Hive, since my head is better, my body is better and my dad is better, my emotions went away one weekend locked at home crying. Draining is always necessary.
Today, I'm fine, with some flu for a change, but fine. I feel good, emotionally strong to receive Christmas, work and achieve goals.
Everything is now returning to its place, I have seen that there is a good atmosphere and a great desire to continue. My head has returned to being the same, active and without mental lapses.
I sleep 8 hours a day, I go to sleep at 9:30pm and wake up at dawn, sometimes a little more or a little less. There are nights where my brain has a disco with loud music and other nights I dream about work. The important thing is that I rest.
