The processes by obtaining palm oil from palm friut step by step

Hello greetings everyone on this great community hive naija is my pleasure to create my post here is going to be an interesting post sharing with you all how to obtain palm oil from palm fruits, The process of producing palm oil from palm fruits is not always an easy tasks those that experience the stressed that includes in palm oil production can relate, is the kind of work that requires force during the processes mostly when the palm fruits are excess.

In my hometown we have a lot of palm trees which usually produce and palm fruits in excess and palm oil there are affordable and costly there I know some people will ask me why it is costly when there is a lot of palm trees that produces many palm fruits.
There are seasons for which palm tree produce palm fruits in excess that's always happens from January to may during that period palm fruits are always plenty while harvesting so during that period of time palm oil prices will be affordable or low in price.

There are also season were palm fruits become scanty during harvesting this always happens during June to December and during that season palm oil will be costly there and even in the international market because the palm fruits are scanty.
The scarcity of palm fruits happened base on the climate change, that is why you notice during raining season palm oil prices increases.
So that's about the affordable and costly in palm oil prices here.

Now I will go deeply showing the processes of producing palm oil from palm fruits bit by bit.

During the preparation the palm fruits was already been harvest from the palm trees plantation and cutting of the palm fruits to easily select the soccer from the main palm fruit, so the remaining task was to select the soccer from the palm fruits before taking to the mill, we spent two (2) days during the process.

Now we start from selecting the palm fruits from the soccer me and my sister after selecting the soccer from the main fruits my brother use the our local Manuel palm fruits selecting equipment to select the palm fruits from those small soccer.

After selecting the palm fruits from all the soccer we toke the palm fruits to the mill to put in the drum and also put water, we done that during the night that is why I didn't take pictures showing how we take the fruits to the mill.

After putting the water in the palm fruits my brother set fire to the drum that was filled with palm fruits for it to be well cooked for 2 hours and some minutes.

Now is time to scop the cooked palm fruits to the engine for smashing after smashing the palm fruits will now turn to chaff.

After being smash with the smashing engine we take it to the smashed palm fruits which now turned to palm fruits chaff to the squeezer after filled the chaff into the squeezer the handle was ready fix so I now start turning the handle to bring out palm oil from the basket and down to the gutter before reach the basin.

After squeezing the chaff using squeezer we now carry the chaff to the chaff selector engine, the engine will select the palm kennel from the chaff one side and the main chaff to one side.

After the palm fruits chaff was been selected we take it to the squeezer the second time to squeeze out the oil which was the last step in palm oil production.

Those are the ways and steps in palm oil production, if you check the pictures well you will see that the processes was so stressful because it was only me and my brother that handle the mill processes but I thank God we done it successful.

Here is the oil that was obtained from the palm fruits through many process and steps, this is original palm oil which is ready to use for cooking, frying and etc.
But our own is for marketing 😄
