The world that we are living in is filled with the lot of things that we need to be taking care of and that is something that surely takes a lot out of US and that pressure is something which we are not able to hold back all the time and their can be moments when we feel like something is not really going the way it should be going and we just want to break down or have certain emotions displayed from our side which were experience in but due to a lot of reasons we can't do that and have to put up a very normal face and pretend that everything is fine.
This habit of pretending to be okay is something that is a very silent skill that almost every person on the planet has. It surely is going to be a thing that we can even do without even realising that we are doing it because it comes naturally in many situations. After all, there can be certain circumstances when it is going to be a very necessary things to be doing as we are around some people with which we are not very much comfortable to share our feelings as well as we can be in a meeting when we have to be normal regardless of whatever we are feeling and similarly there can be a lot of these things which is going to be making us show something that is not real.
This is the Heartbeat that we develop overtime and its something that can surely have a very big impact on our personality because we end up doing something that is not real and putting up something fake which is surely going to be affecting a lot in terms of our ability to be what we are and to show case the reality from our side. Due to this habit, every single action of ours starts to become like a reflex as we are almost programmed to take certain steps that we have already out of doing, even if we are feeling something completely the opposite of it.
It can have a very huge impact on our emotional well being because it is not very easy to be doing and when we are hiding around emotions and also on top of that we are trying to Port tray something completely else then it can be suppressing our real feelings and that is surely something which is not good thing to be doing and when this happens to be a thing that we keep on doing for a long period we are going to be suppressing or emotion to such extend that we are going to probably even loose to even feel them and think like that this is normal.
One of the biggest losses that we receive because of this particular habit of just pretending to be okay is going to be losing our ownself as we are going to completely lose our authentic cells because of this as we are going to become so normal by pretending something that we are not that we are never going to be having our real self ever again and that is something which is a really big thing that we are missing out on and that is something which we don't even famous attention to and we just forget who we are.
They can be a lot of reasons why we do it but one of the few things that we can think about is going to be the fact that it is something that comes naturally in a lot of situations when we have to be doing it but apart from that there can be a lot of things which involves the fear of judgement which we have among our self in a particular group of people or even in a certain situation when we feel that we might be judged for showcasing ourself in such a dramatic fashion and that is something which stops us to portray ourselves in the real way.
However while doing all of this it is something that is putting a lot of pressure on us and we are also putting very heavy weight on our emotional side us well and all of this is piling up on each other which is bound to be breaking at a certain point later on which is something which happens as well and that is a particular point of time when we can't have a very good amount of control on ourself and that's is a situation when we are having no clue about what we are actually feeling and it is not even just a breakdown that we have in that particular situation because we don't even understand what we have to be doing and all of that suppressed emotion and a lot of the things as well come out at once which surely it's not a very good situation to be in.
There can be many situations when we can't be having our completely honest and true self in front of everyone but that is going to be something that we need to understand that it is just because of the situation itself but doing that in almost every certain circumstance is going to be very much negative for us and we should be very much thoughtful about how we use it and only do it when it is necessary and may have some sort of negative consequence if it is not done apart from that we should always try to be there side of ours and that is going to be a lot more easier for us to be dealing with it on our mental side.
