While trying to write a post for the first week of the Hive naija / dreemport collaboration week 1, I was feeling so troubled and I was like oh my, am I not supposed to be speeking peece? Why then am I troubled? Lolz 😂😂. Well, that is me trying to shake of the troubled soul off me and try to #speekpeece to myself first and then to you?... hehehe.
I was privileged to have read @dreemsteem's post and I just love the fact that she spoke peace to herself and I think I too need to speak some peace to Hope, hehe. Recently I've found out that everything around me seems to be threatening my inner peace, I think they are after my peace 🤣🏃♀️, but you know what? I always try to shake it off by telling myself that I'm not alone because I know I'm not alone, or are you not with me? 🥺... I know you are 🥰.
I also read a post from a friend @anttn and in his post he advised that we should meditate but we shouldn't let it be for a particular reason, we should just meditate, allow our self feel free and not condition our mind too much all in the name of meditation. And for the daily questions asked by dreemport, it has helped me to understand the importance of breathing, Note: not just breathing but breathing right. We were asked to take in five deep breathe every day and I tried doing that daily and I noticed how calm and relaxed I felt after each deep breathe.
Yes, breathing does a lot for our body...
Also I was privileged to also read a comment by @mrenglish where he responded to the Hive naija weekend engagement topic of discussion which says "what do you do when you are angry?". I know some of you might already be thinking of what your answer might be if you where the one but @mrenglish said something that many laughed over because it sounded strange but I was not surprised at all because I have experienced something like it before. In his comment, he said whenever he is angry he likes taking water, yes, that's what he said... What do you think? Is it possible for water to calm us down when we are angry?
Well, in all of these amazing authors I've mentioned here today, I have found peace and ways to get inner peace but they never knew they had impacted me this much but they did and I want to thank you so much if you were able to read this 🙏❤️. For me peace is in everything and so is worry too, we just have to choose the one we want, we do have the choice to choose 🥰. Never forget you are not alone, you have me and I too have you, so let's #speekpeece to ourselves even through our writings just like these awesome people did to me even without them knowing, at least not until now, hehe.
Thank you so much for stopping by and I do hope I was able to #speekpeece to you somehow. Always free feel to share your thoughts with me and I hope to relate well with it ❤️.
