Peace of mind is the main thing for me. First, grounding. In the past year, I have liked grounding. This grounding is a simple thing where we walk on grass or on the ground, and after that it gives back energy to us.
Every time I am restless, I feel like doing grounding. In Jakarta, places for grounding are limited. One of the places I like for grounding is Gelora Bung Karno, a large stadium where there is green and refreshing grass.
With grounding, for me it gives back peace of mind to us. Besides grounding, I also do walking. Walking in the morning or walking in the evening can relieve some of the stress that I experience.
The last is meal prep. Every week or every month, I buy some groceries. After that, I pack them in small portions. And after being packed in small portions, I will cook it. I will cook once a week after the food is packed in several places. Then, I cook once a week and for me this makes time easier.
This way, it makes it easier for me to cook and I don't have to bother buying food outside. This also gives me peace of mind, I don't think about what to eat and what I want every day. Thinking about what food to eat every day is quite difficult to answer.
