There are things we need to pick up, don't wait for others, seize opportunity and don't let it slip away, don't please anyone, Don't allow people to use you. Stand strong, Have faith and don't give up.
DON'T MISS ANY OPPORTUNITY YOU SEE, RATHER GRAB IT
Don't wait for opportunity to come to you, run to opportunity. Don't rely on others to remind you to build yourself or pursue your visions. People who don't have vision let others use them as a stepping stones, so don't let yourself be one of them. Letting their opinions become yours will lead you down to the path of failure. Sometimes you might get confuse and you lose sight of who you are. Doing what they want while missing every opportunity that passes by just to please someone. Be wise.
DON'T LET PEOPLE USE YOU
There's a difference between allowing someone to use you and allowing someone to be using you. I remember the woman I was staying with when I was still training. I do the things she wanted not just because I'm forced to but because I did it with all my heart and I also focused on my own work, I was building relationships with people gradually, they wanted me to sew for them. I help her and also focus on mine, but I noticed she wasn't happy with what I was doing. Some statement she made, I was like, 'Can people think as low as this' I remember a quote that says "People want you to win but not bigger than them". Like I do whatever she wants, I'm not just doing it because I feel used but just because I've a goal I want to achieve from her hands. I remember when my pastor was preaching in church he said let them use you as long as you are gaining something from them, but not when the person will be gaining and you'll be losing. Say no to those stuffs.
DON'T DOUBT YOURSELF/ KEEP BELIEVING IN YOUR DREAMS
We all dream big, but sometimes you doubt yourself, thinking that you can't make it , Putting fear in yourself can make you feel a heavy bondage, that's keeping you from going out there to see what the world has for you. I was scrolling on Facebook and I saw an interviewer ask a celebrity, 'Have you ever had any doubt?' She said no, she's been living in faith and believing that one day she'll make it in life. That is exactly how we need to feel. We shouldn't be doubting ourselves just because of some situation or things aren't working the way we want them to, because of that we feel like giving up on our dreams. Giving up is the worst decision you will ever make because, my dear, Your opening the gate to failure.
Every day speak positive things into your life, they're some days I feel like I'm losing my faith, I doubt myself, but I remember some things, how I started and where I'm coming from, my goals and remember I'm a mission to be the number one successful person in my entire bloodline. I tell myself every I'm confident and unstoppable, I won't lose faith, I won't give up, I won't give in, I will keep believing in my dreams, Even though it may not be my time now, I know my time will come. But use that precious time to create a valuable moment for yourself. If you're a business owner, keep posting your work. They might not see your work today, but tomorrow the world will see it. Put your faith into actions.
DON'T RUSH, TAKE LIFE EASY
Don't run faster than your shadow, don't look for shortcuts in life, walk according to your path. I believe you should hold on. Invest before spending the remaining money. Those things we wish to have today, when we have not invested in ourselves, we can get it 10 times over in the future and still get tried of it. Don't rush, take life easy. Rushing life just to be successful on time can make us miss out on the important things we need to know, not when you get to your 30s, you will be like things I wish I knew in my 20s. I see most of those things online and learn from their mistakes. Ask God for insight.
COMPETITION
We want to have this, we want to live like that person, I'm still here, my age mate has made it. But you have forgotten you and that person are different. What works for A doesn't work the same for B our destinies are different. The same grace this person carries, Isn't the same grace the other person carries, because we walk in different paths led by God. Our ways are not God's ways nor are our plans God's plans. Don't feel pressurized because of your mate has made it and you want to compete without waiting for your own turn. Your life is ruined, that's why you see people still where they are today, because they want to be like someone else instead of building their own vision. Two people don't walk on the same path, you have come back tomorrow for your own turn.
