Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. I have been on so many decentralized platforms, but the truth is, none beats hive. The level of decentralization on the hive platform cannot be compared to any other. On other platforms said to be decentralized, users are told what to do and how to spend their earnings, but it's not so on hive. The decentralization on Hive is what the Web2 platforms and other platforms said to be decentralized could not give us; the freedom users enjoy on Hive is second to none.

One thing I love about the hive platform is the availability of multiple frontends for users to access the platform; every front end has its own unique qualities to give the user maximum satisfaction. Whenever one of the frontends is down, the other is there to serve you. A front end being down does not stop you from making your post, as you have other frontends to help solve the problem; you even have the inLeo frontend, where you can schedule a time for your post to be published.
Despite all these things that we enjoy on the hive platform, sometimes we still feel like something is missing, and we would like to fix it if given the power to. The hive platform is a perfect space, but a few additional touches would make it superb, and members will enjoy it better. Even newbies will not find navigating through the platform so difficult like they always do at first. I joined the hive platform with my onboarder on his way out; he only created my account for me and left me to my fate, and I passed through hell trying to find my way around here, but I couldn't. I gave up countless times, but it felt like something was on the platform, and it kept dragging me back.
In subsequent paragraphs, I will share with you the few developments I would like to see on the platform, which I think will be appreciated by all.
The hive platform might be a decentralized platform, but still, members wish we could get a market place on the hive platform where we can exchange hive for Fiat money and get credited without needing to go through the stress and procedures of the centralized wallets. I have used a centralized wallet where I made a mistake with the memo key, and all they could tell me was there is nothing they can do from their end, and so I lost my hive to them. A market place on the hive platform will save us from losses as well as the stress of kyc on the centralized wallets.
Sometimes we have questions to ask a fellow hive user. You might make a comment asking them for their discord handle, but before they reply to that comment, you must have forgotten what you intended to ask. We operate on a decentralized platform, but we are completely dependent on the centralized platforms to pass information across and reach out to fellow users. Maybe a room for direct messages won't be bad, even though decentralization has to do with complete transparency.
Thanks for reading my post.
