"Hey Al, stop fucking with the whole Midwest, they hate Booze!", said Shirley.
"Want some Pancakes babe?", Al retorted.
Al Capone was both hated and loved by Chicago businessmen. They brought loads of business to restaurants and Speakeasies as alcohol was common among the working and rich class. The bans from the suffragettes just started a massive black market where enterprising businessmen who could outsmart Federal law enforcement took advantage. Alphonse started to build a reputation around Chicago after leaving New York and his boss to setup shop in Chicagoland.
'He did it well...', Shirley thought. All this work Shirley witnessed Al working towards felt good to her actually. She did want pancakes.
"No booze with the Pancakes, Alphonse!", Shirley responded.
Shirley and Al were a good couple, but Al had numerous, he just didn't care, he enjoyed his boss status. Shirley didn't care either. They had a plan to go to Wisconsin and stop in Fox River Grove to take care of some business.
In Fox River Grove, IL Al Capone had a lot of hideouts and it was also protected because of it's location near a river, which gave more means of transport to the connected suburbs, which were connected by rail road.

"Shirley, let's stop at the first building at Illinois and Rt 14 and pick up that private stock, you know, down in the basement under the sidewalk." Al said.
"I know you're getting scared of the Fed's but everyone likes you here. And you really bring a lot of fun to Fox River Grove. Nothing to worry about." Shirley encouraged Al, she wanted the private stock kept safe by all Al's top henchmen who hid out in Mansions near Barrington Hills.
"Alright, Al let's get in the Car and get up there.", Shirley was anxious to party with Al in Wisconsin with Guard Towers and a whole security force who lived on site.

They hopped in the car in their Chicago which was connected by an underground tunnel to the garage. Al took off his Pink apron he was making pancakes for Shirley in and put on his Fedora. On Rt 14 up to Fox River Grove, you have to take Western Ave, up to Peterson Ave which is Route 14. That takes you all the way to Al's favorite stash spot, where the whole area supports him and loves the money and tourism he brings.
Footnote
This freewriting was inspired by Al Capone, my life selling weed in Fox River Grove, and witnessing the hideout under the first building in the second picture above.
Chicago and the NW suburbs flourished due to sound family principles and Al Capone individualism which has stuck around to this day. Barrington High School and that area is still known for having some of the best drugs in the United States of America, combined with the best place to raise a family. [1]
Sorry for the high rates in 2009. I don't want to talk about it ;) . Al Capone has always inspired me.
