The coming of covid-19 as of 2019 till date has really affected human lifestyle and its surroundings by shrinking the global economy and most especially leading too many young and adults to death after being infected with the virus because there was no available remedy for the virus but today thanks to science and other related health professions for coming up with so many vaccines that have been able to reduce the spread of the virus after being vaccinated. Though before the discovery of covid-19 vaccines, the WHO and the CDC were able to strategies on preventive measures that also help to reduce the spread of the virus through social distancing, facemask constants usage especially in the public, Avoiding handshaking, and many more.
Today, after noticing many effects of covid-19 vaccines on the existence of living, I decided that I will be looking into the effect on the side of women's menstruation because they are mostly affected when talking about excess drug intake especially unplanned when the body is 70% okay. At least covid-19 vaccines for women should have positive or negative side effects, especially through menstruation.
dovepress reported through research conducted on covid-19 vaccine on the menstrual cycles of women and in their findings, they are a good number of women who encounter uncontrollable menstruation which include unstoppable bleeding on their monthly days, postmenopausal hemorrhage, and many more which could be as a result of being covid-19 vaccines. In their findings, it was also reported that some factors which could also hinder excess women's menstruation flow include weight gain, constant worry, and hormones. In this regard, the report has it that a good number of women encounter a lot of excess bleeding during pandemics because they always develop the fear, stress, depression, and many more.
ncbi reported through the International Journal of Women’s Health that most women encountered a lot of irregular menstruation flow before being vaccinated due to stress, depression, and fear during pandemics while a number of women experienced excess bleeding after been vaccinated with covid-19 vaccines and among it signs include excess pains, headache, fever, nausea, and fatigue.
Women should be properly examined by medical experts to ascertain their level of menstrual cycle flow before they can be administered with coved-19 vaccines. At least this will help to reduce the risk of excessive bleeding after being vaccinated in some women and also help covid-19 vaccines not to change women's menstrual cycle date, this is also applicable in some women.
NIPH proffered some solutions for women who encounter changes in their menstruation after being vaccinated which they pointed out to include medical expert consultation, monitoring an early dose and if there is bleeding, the doctors can wait for it to stop before other vaccines dose could be administered. They also suggested that if some women encounter a change in their first dose of covid-19 vaccine intake that the doctors should ascertain whether the vaccine is the cause and if not, the cause of the disease should be treated before other covid-19 vaccines could be administered.
