Canadian health officials just cancelled winter festivities this year - except for small, private, fully vaccinated groups. It's another way to say we're not allowed to celebrate Christmas unless we submit to the injections, and it's evil on many levels. Families will be even further divided and traumatized by these orders, unless they defy segregation and discrimination, and refuse to comply with orders meant to crush our spirits, not protect our health.
Hanukkah complete, the order has been given: no more fun, culture, religion, or family this winter! Each province has slight variations, but here in BC, only small fully-vaccinated Christmas get-togethers are allowed. Those of us who have not been injected by Pfizer or Moderna's products are not allowed to travel, not allowed to visit, not allowed to shop, not allowed to eat with others, and not allowed to attend events. Other than buying essentials, we're under house arrest until at least February 1st.
Bonnie Henry, BC's unelected Covid figurehead, decreed today that because omicron is spreading so rapidly and becoming the dominant variant, heavyhanded restrictions are immediately required to prevent a collapse of the healthcare system. No mention of two important facts:
- The healthcare system is only at risk of collapse because 10000 healthcare professionals were fired for not being injected. Now the National Guard is being called in to hold things together because the mandates got rid of so many staff.
- Omicron appears to be incredibly mild, almost never requiring hospitalization.
"We need to take these measures until we understand the full impact Omicron will have. It is imperative people follow the new orders."
Among the new orders is a requirement that vaccine passports be used in every public place, a complete ban on sports, a complete ban on new years celebrations, and a ban on travel for unvaccinated people.
"I recognize that this unrelenting uncertainty is unsettling. This can cause anxiety, depression and discouragement. I want to say we can get through this."
That comes across as tone deaf, considering Canadians are killing themselves every day over these lockdowns, closures, restrictions, and other losses of freedom. This actually has real world consequences. You can't put animals into cages and restrict their natural behaviors without some kind of reaction. Humans are social creatures and we suffer when our connections are damaged or broken. Everybody is hurting from this, to some degree or another. Sure, we will get through this, except for all those of us who don't. And those of us who make it through will be damaged, some heavily.
They said "2 weeks to flatten the curve"... 92 weeks ago. Now they're saying "sorry for the mental trauma, just hang in there a bit longer," and think they have any credibility?
A close family member told me that his side of the family is having two Christmases this year - a large one for fully "vaccinated", and a smaller one for everybody else. He has chosen not to get the third shot, and not to use a passport, so he's in the smaller group. Pretty sad. I think about a generation of fucked up children, and what that means for Canada's future. Covid doesn't threaten any of these people. Covid is the boogeyman used to keep them fearful and powerless.
If your government told you to shun, scorn, pressure, insult, and snitch on your own flesh and blood, would you do it? That is what it has come to.
"It's still unknown how severe sickness with this variant will be, Henry said."
Actually, we DO know how severe it is - omicron is so mild most people don't even know they had it. But even if we didn't know how severe it is, why would we go to these drastic lengths over an assumption? Historically, pandemics often peter out after a couple years, as variants spread easily but cause milder symptoms. All indications point to Covid doing exactly that.
This just reeks of desperation. The whole narrative has fallen apart, and they're running on blatant lies now. They're counting on us complying with this tyranny, when anyone with half a brain can see it's not about a virus, but about control. We must not comply! If we put our head into that noose and allow it to be tightened, we can't be too surprised when our enemy kicks the chair out from beneath our feet.
Celebrate Christmas anyway!
And solstice, and new years, and any other winter cultural/religious tradition your family celebrates! Do it up. You never know when it will be someone's last year. Don't let the traditions die. Make lifelong memories for the children. Feed your spirit.
Listen to some classic Christmas songs. In just about every single one, the lyrics mention gathering together with family. It's one of the quintessential parts of Christmas. We can be at home by ourselves on ANY day of the year. That's not what Christmas is about. If we're not allowed to be together, that's not Christmas at all.
So this year, to keep the Grinch from stealing Christmas, we have to say "no" to segregation. Draw together with those you love, regardless of their injection status. Lose the fear. Let love into your suffering heart! Shake off that evil spell that has been cast on you. For most of us, there's nothing to fear. Sing, dance, hug, eat, drink, and kiss under the mistletoe. Your soul needs it. Your ancestors would want you to do it - they didn't toil and fight for thousands of years so that you could lie down and submit to globalist technocrats that hate you! Live! Embrace your freedom. Be a rebel - CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS!
