Steve Bannon joins a list of a number of people that were indicted for contempt of Congress within the last decade and a half. The difference is he doesn't happen to be a Democrat, or a leftist. He is not supporting the establishment's corrupt agenda. Thus, it was no surprise he is the ONLY one they seem to be going after for this. I kind of expected it.
What is interesting is I keep seeing memes and people talking about his messy hairdo. They often say things like "This is what a commercial for body odor would look like" or things like that.
That's about it. Schoolyard bully type attacks. Nothing of substance.
On the other hand it is not like whenever someone shows a photo of someone on the left caught doing something isn't attacked with "See how ugly liberals are" or "It's a soy boy". This means that it is a lame attack that comes regardless of the side. It is low energy petty school yard type put downs.
I never have cared much for these types of ad hominem attacks regardless of the side. They are not a type of attack you'll find me EVER using regardless of how much I dislike the target.
As far as I know being beautiful, with amazing hygiene has never been a measurement of either wisdom, intelligence, or good behavior.
In fact in my life some of the biggest jerks and low intelligence people I've ever encountered were well groomed.
If intelligence could be measured by such things then the Celebrities, and customers spending vast effort on Plastic Surgery would be making Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Plato, Socrates, and any of the Founding Fathers a run for their money.
Hint: They are not.
Whether you like Steve Bannon or not. His hygiene, hair, etc. if we go with historical precedent could be shown to make him look in either direction...
Einstein was quite unkempt.
Socrates usually is shown as such also.
Nikola Tesla on the other hand had OCD, and some other psychological traits that likely kept him rather well groomed.
