I have a lot of reading to do. I watched this video on @peerplays from @theycallmedan from his recent show with @ura-soul and @lordbutterfly. Honestly, I was too caught up what was discussed to know who was who except for Ura, as it was obvious it was him by what he was talking about.
So then I decided to travel to the Peerplays website.
The video on their website gave me goose bumps and spurred me to want to read the Peerplays Whitepaper. I particularly loved the part with the one eyed matrix effect as centralized control was being discussed.
The Peerplays Whitepaper is inspiring me to want to be a Witness or at least read this document inside and out to fully understand this peer to peer network powered off our Hive utilizing our Graphene technology on Hive in a very revolutionary way or rather fully realizing a true decentralized network that is not in the hands of centralized institutions of power that restrict free flow of communication between people designed for content creators being censored and so much more. The possibilities with this network seem limitless.
Phew, I am just a blockchain normie from 2017 that was trying to earn from making content while supporting decentralized systems and moving away from centralized ones. This paper is really cool because in many ways it provides a solid foundational learning tool that is intuitive for someone that is able to English read and is ambitious enough to just try it and learn along the way. Even the whitepaper is geared for the everyday human!
This document is intended to give new Peerplays developers an introduction to the Peerplays architecture and software. Readers are expected to be familiar with C++ software development in general, but not with Peerplays specifically.
This document will walk readers through the code repository structure and how to build the software; describe the individual libraries and executables and their purposes; and examine how the smart contracts work and discuss how to create or modify Peerplays smart contracts.
It is projects like these that overshadow Downvotes and propel our Blockchain to new more substantial heights in the decentralized web 3.0 world that Hive is a true leader of.
I just had another truth community member burn me after trying to understand his grievances taking hours and hours of my day for him just to get real ugly with me as well as using my content on @dynamicgreentk out of context in some war against whales. His actions are disheartening. More disheartening than the DV situation. With that recent burn and a project like this I will Vote @threespeak as witness.
