Of course Bill Gates, The globalist that abandoned Microsoft to practice philanthropy across the world, now participates in this plandemic.
His words as he describes ways we can use technology in this crisis should be rather alarming.

He says the global risk for catastrophe doesn't look like bombs and nukes, he says it looks like viruses and sickness. That was back in 2015 as you can see in the video a segment recorded at TED. He also claims if anything is going to kill over 10M people over the next decade it is more than likely to be a virus.
At 1:53 in this video, you can hear him say things like "An epidemic either naturally caused or intentionally caused" is clarifying enough to me that there is knowledge of someone or something intentionally causing such things.

Going further into the first part of this excellent video, I see a lot of proof of what my last article was talking about and it is playing out.
Mass surveillance, Mandated Vaccines, and a total top-down government.

As Shill Gates continues to speak, he validates the "response system" utilizing cell phone data to help fight a pandemic. This my friends is total totalitarianism. When the government can track your movements to basically show up at your home and remove you for being "exposed", is a very dark dictatorship move. He even mentions satellite maps as a means of tracking peoples movements. It is time to wake up people, they are using these means in almost all parts of the world to "fight" this pandemic. What is scary is that in history these kinds I'm implementations only stayed intact even after the said crisis was over.

High Surveillance

Isreal and other countries including China, the United States, Poland and South Korea are using cellphone data to track people. Just to arrest those who refuse or are in short "exposed".
They use this data after building digital fencing, so that if people who are to be quarantined cross that line, will be arrestable.

At 7:54 in the video, you see a WHO official saying that transmission has been taken off the streets and is now at the family level, they will use these means of tracking people to remove people from their homes.

Militarization

As most of us have witnessed in the news lately, there have been quite a bit of people saying "Declare war on this virus". Now it seems to be less like a "peacetime" emergency. At 10:25 you can hear it being stated, "This is a war and in a war you have to do whatever is needed to take care of your people." That is always the excuse to infringe on your rights and liberties. It is for your protection.

RNA & DNA Vaccines

These RNA & DNA Vaccines (funded by Bill Gates) have not been fully tested. We just don't know the side effects. What we know is the history in vaccines and the speech of which these vaccines are rushed through human trials (with no placebo groups) have caused a major increase in neurodegenerative diseases in kids and elderly people. Despite that they seem to be rushing these through trials.

Now the conversation here shifts. As we now need to talk about Vaccination Identification Certificates, This shit gets fucking scary.
Imagine mandated vaccines and having the information that maybe not all of the vaccines are safe. Now they provide a resource for them to not just mandate them but to hyper-mandate them through these vaccine certificates.

At 22:36 the linked video mentions how Bill Gates took part in this "Event 201" and it prompted me to look into it. Apparently, The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences. This took place around six weeks before the first person got sick. Makes you wonder about Big Billy and his intent.
