Not sure I have seen any changes. Except the name at the top is dispersed a bit more between just a cliche and not with Steemit Inc involved.

Most of the changes I feel need to happen are left on the back burner for now because there is always something else to be done, This thing of always something else will continue and addressing until things are put in place like SMT's and then decision will be made that effect the whole community and no one will have their opinion heard. Control is what is wanted and will not be given up under any circumstances by some.

The only thing I can see that has changed is the name of the platform we attend each day. There are more members than there are witness. The witness are supposed to represent the wishes of the members by the votes they get. However there is no will I have seem from the witness to suggest they have representation of those who vote to them in mind at all. There is a disconnect between developers and the general membership.

Things will go, just like in the rel world. The way those elite want them too. There is no movement toward removing dead votes from dead accounts. Talk's of change are not even entertained by most unless they see an advantage to something said. Like infinite votes. To create more overlap, when everyone knows this will not distribute the vote more evenly but it will just leave some with high power restricting their vote. to a small few like now, so as to maintain power.

The last HF before the departure seen low ranking members lose out on rewards although their curation reward level increased by some degree. the voting level dropped to counter that benefit. They now get 50% of a halved vote.
