The first official HSBI exchange has ended. I want to go over some numbers and then I have a decision I want your feedback on

HPH ratio surplus 413.18. = roughly 40% more HP than tokens in circulation. This s NOT counting swap.hive in accounts or any liquid Hive or HBD- so that number is actually higher.
That number is fantastic. Also I haven't burned all the tokens scheduled to burn yet.
Before I get into more details I do want to say that my personal account has starting buying UNICOIN on the market. I recently bought some at 1.04 and took part in the HSBI exchange. It was still a good deal because I spent 10.4 swap.hive and got 12 HSBI. I will take that deal all day long. I also have some buy orders for slightly less than 1 swap.hive from my personal account. This does not count as a buyback, obviously as this is my personal account not this account.
My personal account is separate and does separate things than this account.
Speaking of which I have not started to pay my account back in UNICOIN for the Hive my main account spent to set this one up. That total is :

That is less than the actual assets I put in. I am not counting Hive-engine tokens - just Hive/HBD.
I will start paying myself back in UNICOIN as discussed previously in July. This will be done very gradually as to not offset the balance.
A surprise and a decision
Ok so....I can't wait. I can't wait to do more HSBI exchanges and.....I will be doing the first official buyback in June. Yes, this means I will continue to exchange more than 5% of the circulating supply for HSBI, that number is closer to 10%+ currently.
However to do both of these things, comes at a temporary cost. Also a decision. I want the community's input on.
I will either have to do a small power down- no more than 130 total. OR
send that amount from my main account and add it to the "debt" of UNICOIN to pay myself back with.
That is the choice I am asking folks. Do a power down, or no power down but add to the future UNCOIN needed to pay my primary account back.
The next HSBI exchange will be bigger. I will budget for 10 accounts to exchange up to 15 UNICOIN for 18 HSBI units. Folks can still exchange 5 UNCOIN for 6 HSBI or 10 for 12 HSBI as well. I am just expanding the max amount that can be exchanged per person this next round. There will not be an alternate token choice this round like there was on discord last time because I will also be doing buybacks.
If not everyone participates in the HSBI exchange, the remaining Hive will be either used for the buybacks or saved for the next round.
I expect the total power down /funds from my account to be 100 Hive or less but it could be up to 130. That all depends on how many people participate in the HSBI exchange this round.
Yes ,a power down will temporarily affect the HPH ratio, but as you can see we have plenty of wiggle room . The replenish rate right now with post earnings, curation and beneficiary earnings from partners and my main account is about 3 HP a day on average. So even if the power down is selected it will take less than 2 months to build that HP back up at current rates of earning. Likely closer to 1 month than 2.
Also a good portion of the UNICOIN received during the HSBI exchange and the buybacks will be burned so the HPH ratio will rise a lot sooner than that. I also have about 30 UNICOIN scheduled to be burned in the next couple of weeks in addition to this.
I would love your feedback . Please let me know in the comments if you prefer a power down, or essentially a "loan" from my main account. If you don't care/have no preference feel free to chime in as well.
If I don't get a lot of feedback, or if folks have no -preference I will choose to send the Hive from my @cryptounicorn420 account and not do the power down.
I am also starting to delegate some HP to the HSBI account for temporary HSBI units. I will start with 300, but I will increase the HP delegation from my main account to this account so the effective HP for voting stays the same. I won't always match it like that as I am transitioning this account to be less reliant on my main account.
One other thing I have decided to join the @bradleyarrow BBH curation trail but set it to stop voting at 89%. This will allow me to still manually curate posts folks are sharing in Discord. This trail serves two purposes-one it helps me curate and is an accessibility tool for me. Second- it allows me to curate more content outside the bubble of UNICOIN hodlers, delegators, fans etc. Spreading more magic in the form of upvotes to more Hivians. I will be watching curation rewards and adjust the voting mana as/if needed. I think this is the best balance. It also eliminates my need to hire a curator as I originally planned. At least lets me put that off for a bit.
Please continue to submit your posts for manual curation on discord. I am still manually curating.
I plan to do the next HSBI exchange soon- within the first two weeks of June. The buybacks will begin after the HSBI exchange completes. I will give folks a few days notice and open the exchange for 7 days giving folks plenty of time to participate.
