Hello guys, welcome to my blog again today, I am very happy and excited to be here and this week we have been given a topic to discuss about, so I will be talking about Virtual reality. Welcome to sci-fi multiverse weekly engagement and activities. This week is interesting and amazing, so I hope that you all are going to perticipate also in this week entry and engagement.
Virtual reality is a very beast stuff that has been helpful both in the medical aspect, it is also used in playing games also. It can be seen as a stimulation generated by computer of an almost real three dimension environment. In gaming it looks almost real and that's what makes it loved by many people, many youths love and prefer using it, I can say it's making the world more easier in the medical aspect, it can be used to manage pain, it can also be used in therapy and treatment because when you use it as an exposure therapy it can help reduce anxiety disorder and other related stuff.
Although it has many benefits, if it is over used or when someone have become addicted to it, it will affect the person very well and it will make his brain also have issues, they will be glued to there phone and it will make them also distracted from studies and bring stuff like procrastination to their lives. When someone becomes addicted to it, it can cause eye strains because you eye would always be glued to the screen and it would start becoming weak, it can also cause social isolation to someone , it will make that person social isolated and also pass interactive with people in real life. It can also cause headache blur vision, because it using it too much so it start affecting your body.
