Hello everyone, I hope we are all doing great, and I also trust we all had a great day. So today,I decided write about something I feel majority of people are guilty of .
In most cases ,i can't help but wonder why people are so quick to judge others, even when they don’t know what is really going on. Like, you see someone looking sad or acting different, and instead of asking if they’re okay, you start spreading stories or making fun of them.
Their is this saying that if you don't know the reason for an acti, better stay of judging it.
It has happened to me before. There was a week I didn’t talk much in school. I was tired, my mum wasn’t feeling well at home, and I had so much on my mind. Instead of people asking me what was wrong, they said I was forming or feeling too big. It really hurt, but I just kept quiet.
People forget that everyone is going through something. Some people are struggling at home. Some are fighting silent battles with their mental health. Some are trying to stay strong even when they feel like giving up.
I’m not saying people shouldn’t talk or play, but we need to be more kind. Before you laugh at someone’s shoes, maybe they couldn’t afford new ones. Before you call someone boring, maybe they are dealing with something deep.
We all want to be understood. We all want someone to check on us and not just talk about us. So why not be that person for someone else?
The truth is, it costs nothing to be kind. One small message like “are you okay?” can go a long way.
Let’s try to stop judging people based on what we think. Let’s ask. Let’s listen. Let’s be better.
Thank you so much for reading, I love you all.
