Anger Issues is one thing almost everyone battle with. It is important that every individual should know his or her way of controlling anger. Indeed it is one thing that has the opportunity of occurring, we meet with people everyday of our lives, even mood can change at any given Time. So you possibility of being angry is much higher, but when you make it a behavior or a wat of life, then it will become an issue.. There are people who cannot be comfortable if they have not been angry. This anger issue is a very great disorder that people overlook. You know there's a tiny line that holds waiting for the right time and wasting your time, Yes! That's the same tiny line that holds been Angry and it becoming an Issue (Anger Issue).
Just like we are as women we have many things that can change our mood all of a sudden. So there is every possibility that, the higher rate of anger issue are in ladies why because ladies pass through some body changes effects that can possibly lead to mood swing and when you are happy and saw the became sad from sad any little thing can lead to you being angry and anger is something that is so delicate that it's has a lot of disadvantage that advantage. Just like the Igbo people we say "Iwe Anaghi Esi Nri Oma" simple means that Angry does nothing Good, anger can make you make decisions that you might regret after which you have come down or come out of that phase of mood.
There are a little tips which one can you use to manage anger issues. First, one have to master what makes them happy easily or better still there hobbies.. Something distracting will be okay to use in management of anger issues, I will give an example, in medical term we call diversional therapy, when a patient is focused on his or her current situation you use the diversional therapy to aid him or her come out of that phase. So imagine using a diversional therapy in anger management it will help a long way, in controlling your temperament. Another way someone can manage his or her anger issue if it have grown to that (Issues) is by leaving the scene it happened. Leaving the environment enables you to far from the pressure that comes with the incident. There are many ways which one can use to manage anger, some persons play music. It is important you identify what work best for you and follow them up. Because anger might cost you a whole lot of thing that you will regret later in life. A piece of advice from this plug is that no matter how urgent it is don't make decisions while being Angry.
