The transition from childhood to adulthood is the dream of most children I've come across.
However, one thing adults don't actually directly tell these kids is that, adulthood comes with a lot of responsibility that makes an average adult go extra mile, sometimes illegal, just to make sure that they provide for themselves, their family and loved ones. These struggles and loads of responsibilities could make a weak man run mad.
In the lives of many adults out here, 24 hours is not enough. Personally, I really wish time can be increased from 24 hours which makes up a day, to let's say, 34 hours to make up one day. No cap, 24 hours is not actually enough.
The way these hours fly by like electricity running through wires, is something we can not stop, and we can hardly keep up to. At this juncture, I feel like pulling up a Doctor Stranger and extending time by 10 more hours so that everyone can finish up their tasks and get good sleep. Wait, come to think of it, if time be extended by such amount, gamers, anime and film watchers will be happy cause' to them, each hour is another opportunity to play more games or watch more animes/movies. Lol.

Contextualizing sleep, the life of many people out here is dented with one type of insomnia or the other. Some have transient insomnia while some have chronic insomnia.
For some people, their schedule is fully booked to the extent that they get a maximum of as little as 3 - 4 hours sleep in 24 hours. Guess what? With a cup of coffee, these people are ready to actively continue their activity after this short duration of sleep. I call these set of people, legends. I wonder how many hours of sleep Elon Musk gets, cause' he has time for literally everything, even twitting on X.
My circadian rhythm is not actually stable. This month, I get good and quality sleep, but the next month, I find it hard to fal asleep in the night. My circadian rhythm is always interrupted.
There was a time I began to live by - anytime I fall asleep, then I thank God. During those days, by 3 am, my eyes are shining like the world brightest torch light while I do the work I set out to do. I wouldn't fall asleep until 3pm. I will sleep till 5 or 7pm, then wake up. This was when I was toggling many things - work, hive, reading books on forex, health and many others, and also watching some videos on YouTube on how to write some programming languages.
Thanks to coffee, I was able to cope, but at some point, I became overwhelmed and I had to let go of learning programming and reading some certain books.
Currently, I wouldn't say my circadian rhythm is all that okay, but then, I'm trying to maintain it. Some days, like yesterday, I may sleep late but in some days, I will sleep early. Most times, I sleep late when I'm off duty the next day.
The major thing that keeps me up these days is when I'm improving my knowledge. Sometimes, I stay up at night to think of my past actions, evaluate it and get better approaches than the one I took.
