Culture is the way of life of people, the behavior, beliefs, values and symbols that they accept without thinking about them.
Culture is broad, here in Nigeria we have different states, in the states there are towns with different cultures and traditions. Some family's has there own family rites and traditions that cannot be changed.
I'm from ogun state,in my state there are many towns and each town has there own cultural activities. My town do celebrate sagamu day every year but I have never experienced it before and I wish too. In Ijebu ode, they have a particular festival they celebrate every year,a very big one that is know to everyone it is called ojude oba. It is always held on the third day after Eid al-kabir to pay homage to the king of ijebu called Awujale. It is the vibrant display of ijebu culture, featuring different traditional attires and horsemen.

I like the fact that it is not a festival for only the people from the town, they welcome visitors from different states too.
Ojude oba is a well known festival in Nigeria that I will like to be part of someday.
There is also agemo festival,it's a culture activity celebrated in a town called imosan near ijebu ode .The agemo is a masquerade. This festival is a unique festival, it is only for the men of the town, the key ascept of the festival is the restriction placed on women. it's an abomination for them to come out that day. This are some of the cultural activities in ogun state. Other states has there own too. Culture is extensive and broad.
A culture I will love to practice is the hausa culture basically there food and there language.I like hausa foods, I have only eaten one which is tuwo shinkafa and a drink called fura, if I have the chance I will definitely go there to learn how to prepare there meals and there language. I have been to jos before but i didnt stay there for long but the little time i spent was a good one. I just like there language and i know i will be there someday....
