Cleanliness is something that is always going to be effective in whichever aspect it is considered as the old saying also goes that cleanliness is next to godliness which might be surrounding like just dial but surely it holds a lot of truth within itself because it is going to have a very big impact as far as the environment that will live in is concerned. If we are in a dirty environment, which includes even just some fluttered things in our room, or even the messy bedroom of hours, or even an unhygienic public place, all of these things will affect us more than just having an impact on our physical self, but it will get into our minds as well.
The psychological impact of a dirty place is something that we don't even consider but it is having a lot of impact as well on our mental health because that have been a lot of studies which have prove one the fact that these particular places which are not particularly clean can have a very big roll to play in our increased stress and also the anxiety levels because in those particular environments our mind struggles very hard to have some relaxation which is going to be a very hard time for our brain to make some sense out of whatever is happening around us and all of this is going to lead to some emotional burnout.
Even if we get used to some dirty environments around us it is always going to have that some conscious impact on our mind and we will never be able to sleep or focus or have that particular mood which might have been the ideal one which we could have received if we were in a better place and that is what exposure to dirty environment can lead to. There can be a certain point in our life when our brain just simply stops reacting to it, and that is going to lead to desensitization, which is very bad.
Apart from the mental toll that it causes there are a lot of physical health risk as well that are involved in it which is why it is going to be a very bad thing to be in contact with forward long period and that is why it is going to be extremely accessory to stay away from dirty environments because it can have a very big physical impact on our health as well because there can be a lot of infection because of the dirty environment that we are living in and or immunity might get weakend over consent exposure to these pollution.
There can be a lot of lack of motivation with an ourself because of the environment that we are living in and it plays a big role in the mood we are in and that is going to be killing our productivity to a very big level if we are always in a dirty environment and that is why it is always going to be a very good thing to be at when we are living in an organised place and that is something which we have also found ourself in as well.
There can be an impact on our social relationships well because their can be people who might not have the tolerance for mess as much as what we are having and that is why it can be a very big turn off for potential friends and even partners which can be a very tiny thing but can have a very big impact for people who can feel emotionally disconnected because of all of these particular things which can in the end affect social isolation.
All in all it is possible to survive in a dirty environment but it is not ideal and it is going to be coming at a very heavy cost we can just survive in an hygienic place but the things that we have to be dealing with are going to be immense and that is going to drain us in every aspect which is going to be mentally physically emotionally and even socially as well and that is my cleanliness is very important for our health and peace of mind.
