Many people today also hold the thought within themselves that trying to do only one thing at a time is something that needs to be done and that is a thought that they all promote because they believe in the fact that if you can focus on one thing and give in all of your potential in that particular aspect and a given point of time then it is something that is going to be extremely well done and all of your potential is been used and not divided in multiple spaces which is going to be very much essential in extracting the best possible outcome from that particular situation.
And at the same time many people believe that multitasking should be a very normal and essential necessity that everyone should be having in themselves because in Modern Times we need to be pairing ourself with doing multiple things at the same time as the National that we are living is quite busy and to stay relevant and also get things join we need to be doing multiple aspect the same time and bene able to manage different things which is going to be very much important and without that it is going to be extremely difficult as well.
All of it boils down to the fact that if multi tasking is something that is going to be able to be done by a s because scientifically it is impossible to be done or at least it is very much in efficient if we are doing it because are brain is not designed in that particular manner and other same time if we are cultivating the thoughts about doing a particular thing only at a given point of time then it can be point helpful as well but it is going to be the choice that we are going to meet either we are going to be focus in deeply on one particular task or we are going to be dividing our time and effort multiple things at once.
