I didn't realize it was twelve o'clock while I was working.
I thought I could make something to eat. I'm getting a lot of sleep. So I wandered around and made some recipes that I'm going to share with you.
At first, I couldn't think of what to make at such a late hour. So I came up with some ideas that could be made quickly.
I couldn't find anything easier for dinner tonight.
Some bread, already made in the fridge, I made the recipe with some eggs in that bread
And I took milk tea with me. Does it take me that long to make it? It took me about ten minutes.
I put water in an electric kettle to make tea.
Now that the water is hot, I add the tea liqueur, sugar, and condensed milk to the cup.
Our dinner is ready.
We had egg paratha for dinner. Eggs contain a lot of protein. Which fills our deficiency throughout the day. We work a lot throughout the day and run around. This drains some of our body's energy. The protein in the readymade restores our energy.
When we wake up in the morning and eat an egg on an empty stomach, it gives us energy.
So it is very important to include eggs in our diet.
Eggs strengthen the body's metabolism and are very beneficial for skin and hair. Since I was a child, I have seen my mother give us a boiled egg in the morning. With my mother's guidance, I try to give my children one egg every day.
This egg recipe is very quick to make and kids love it. This egg makes my morning routine a lot easier. My kids don't need anything else after one egg paratha.
