Curso de Arte Conceptual: Lección 41 (Español – Inglés)

Hola, queridos amigos Hivers.

For this advanced day of December, I bring you the Lesson N° 41, of my works of the Conceptual Art Course that I am doing virtually.

Today, I will work with a new module of Advanced Perspective.

I continue with my works to participate at the end of the year challenge of creating an imaginary Space Ship.

The work starts with the generation of several small silhouettes of possible Spaceships, and then, I will have to draw, taking into account all the basics of art, seen so far, the one I consider most attractive, to build the final image that will go to the contest.

This time, I chose the theme of a big ship with many inhabitants inside.

It is in white, gray, and black, as we haven't seen the color theme yet.

Task: Create a Spaceship.

Step N° 1: Prepare several perspective boxes to put the small silhouettes in.

Step N° 2: Quickly draw the silhouettes. We must apply, as far as our knowledge allows us, the rules of drawing and design, seen in previous lessons.

Step N° 3: Select a silhouette.

Step N° 4: Prepare a Perspective Mesh in Carapace and upload it to Photoshop where the selected silhouette will be placed.

Step N° 5: Draw the outline of the silhouette.

Step N° 6: Add details of construction and component elements of the SpaceShip.

Step N° 7: Apply textures, shadows, and lights where appropriate.

It took me five (5) hours to do this work.

This task was done in Photoshop 2017 with my Star 03 V2 XP-PEN Graphics Tablet.

Para este avanzado día de diciembre, les traigo la Lección N° 41, de mis trabajos del Curso de Arte Conceptual que estoy realizando de forma virtual.

Hoy, continuaré con un nuevo módulo de Perspectiva Avanzada.

Continúo con mis obras para participar en el reto de fin de año de crear una Nave Espacial imaginaria.

El trabajo parte de la generación de varias pequeñas siluetas de posibles Naves Espaciales, y luego, deberé dibujar, tomando en cuenta todos los fundamentos del arte, vistos hasta ahora, la que considere más atractiva, para construir la imagen final que irá al concurso.

Esta vez, escogí el tema de una gran nave con muchos habitantes en su interior.

Está en blanco, grises y negro, pues aún no hemos visto el tema del color.

Tarea: Crear una Nave Espacial.

Paso N° 1: Preparar varias cajas de perspectiva para introducir en ellas las pequeñas siluetas.

Paso N° 2: Dibujar rápidamente, las siluetas. Hay que aplicar, hasta donde nuestro conocimiento nos lo permita, las reglas del dibujo y del diseño, vistas en lecciones anteriores.

Paso N° 3: Seleccionar una silueta.

Paso N° 4: Preparar una Malla de Perspectiva en Carapace y subirla a Photoshop donde se ubicará la silueta seleccionada.

Paso N° 5: Trazar el contorno de la silueta.

Paso N° 6: Agregar detalles constructivos y de elementos componentes de la Nave Espacial.

Paso N° 7: Aplicar texturas, sombras y luces donde corresponda.

Hacer este trabajo me tomó cinco (5) horas.

Esta tarea fue realizada en Photoshop 2017 con mi Tableta Gráfica Star 03 V2 XP-PEN.
