wow 45 minutes on "who to blame". I prefer to spend my time working on preventing, obstructing or avoiding the actions for which one may be assigned "blame" in the first place. Judgement of specific fellow equal humans isn't mine to make. The war is to be fought against those who would use force and eschew voluntaryism. When we encounter an action that is contrary to that mission, we seek to end the action, preferably without using the same actions which we are pledged to abhor. Blame simply slows the process. "Do or do not", as Yoda says lol.
