After a year of saving cash for my next surgery, looking for someone who knows what they're doing and could really get the result that I want could be very frustrating. No one in Cebu City does the incision type where the doctor would completely remove the gland!
Here's the pic of what it looked like before I went to Doc Shirwel, and what it looked like after the surgery.
So we have this Support Group on Facebook, where we receive updates from people who did their Gyno-surgery from pre-op to post-op update. This is where I posted mine too - letting people know about my condition, what clinic I did my operation in Cebu, and how much. I found a lot of doctors there who does incision, but I was checking their location(all in MANILA), price, and most important the result, especially in post-op.
I chatted with a few doctors letting them know that it's gonna be a redo job and got their quotes. Some of them ranged from 100k to 200k, but I was able to get the right quote for 50K in Quezon City, but a Cebuano from Lapu-Lapu! 😃
I booked my flight, and on the same day, I immediately went to the doctor; chitchatted with the staff, and brought them some goods from Cebu (Chicharon and Banana chips).
Finally, the doctor arrived and showed him the results of what happened with my previous doctor he was astonished and had a lot of questions about that doctor's procedure.

Now, got my back laid in the operating room. A painful yet very entertaining experience for me together with the Doctor, nurses and staff. There are times when we're just chatting and laughing, there are times when we are focusing on what we were doing. The doctor is doing his best to remove every bit of fiber tissue, I'm focusing on not flinching my body too much because it stings. It's even more painful than my first operation.

3 hours have passed! Yes, 3 hours! Imagine my first one only took 50 minutes, but the results were really different.
Here's what my left chest looked like. Fats were suctioned, below the nipple was cut and fiber tissue was removed. Bloody day!
After all those painful events, we finally get to the last part. The incision got stitched, holes were about to get covered, and meds were to be taken. It was a lovely, and bloody day, indeed. Hahaha
