¡Saludos y bienvenidos de vuelta a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy continuamos los agradecimientos, he tenido unos días difíciles con el tema de la energía eléctrica en mi país pero me siento muy motivado para crear contenido, así que no podía dejar de lado el hecho de seguir creando contenido en mi blog.

Greetings and welcome back to my blog, guys! Today we continue our thanks, I've had some difficult days with the issue of electricity in my country but I feel very motivated to create content, so I couldn't leave out the fact of continuing to create content in my blog.

Ser fuerte como decisión | Be strong as a decision

A lo largo de mis 26 años de vida, he tenido que ser fuerte por demasiadas razones, no solo por el hecho de que el país donde vivo no esté en las mejores condiciones, sino que desde mucho antes, cuando era bastante pequeño, tuve que enfrentar muchas cosas que me afectaron y dejaron marcas en mi vida las cuales en un punto no podía resistir pero en otro llegué a sobrellevarlos y hoy las llevo conmigo en paz y calma.

Todo comienza en el momento en que mis padres se separan, yo tenía alrededor de 8 años más o menos, tuve que crecer rápido para ser una especie de figura paterna para mi hermano menor, siempre fui criado para no ser un chico emotivo (a pesar de tener esta tendencia de forma natural por mi sensibilidad hacia el arte) por lo que me tocó muchas veces esconder mis emociones, fue bastante difícil.

He vivido y sufrido la muerte de muchas personas cercanas, desde amigos hasta familiares que me han dejado vacíos emocionales muy rudos, he ido a más funerales de los que me agradaría haber ido en mi vida pero estos me hicieron aprender a normalizar el inevitable destino de la muerte, a pesar de que a veces llegue de maneras injustas.

He sido traicionado muchas veces en mi vida, tanto por amigos cercanos como por la gran mayoría de las parejas sentimentales que he tenido en mi vida, por lo que tuve muchos momentos de mi vida donde dudé demasiado de cualquier oportunidad que se me presentaba, hoy en día sigo siendo cordial, sigo apostando por el amor, sigo entregando confianza, pero ahora estoy más preparado para no decepcionarme.

Throughout my 26 years of life, I've had to be strong for too many reasons, not only because the country where I live is not in the best conditions, but also because since much earlier, when I was quite young, I had to face many things that affected me and left marks in my life which at one point I couldn't resist but at another I came to bear them and today I carry them with me in peace and calm.

It all starts at the moment my parents split up, I was around 8 years old more or less, I had to grow up fast to be a kind of father figure for my younger brother, I was always raised not to be an emotional kid (despite having this tendency naturally because of my sensitivity to art) so I had to hide my emotions many times, it was quite difficult.

I've lived and suffered the death of many people close to me, from friends to family members who have left me with very harsh emotional voids. I've gone to more funerals than I would have liked to go to in my life, but these made me learn to normalize the inevitable fate of death, even though it sometimes comes in unfair ways.

I've been betrayed many times in my life, both by close friends and by the great majority of the sentimental couples I have had in my life, so I had many moments in my life where I doubted too much about any opportunity that presented itself to me, today I am still cordial, I am still committed to love, I am still confident, but now I am more prepared not to be disappointed.

El perdón como catarsis | Forgiveness as Catharsis

Muchas veces he escuchado la frase «debes perdonarte y seguir», pero apenas hace un par de año entendí su significado; muchas veces nosotros nos volvemos nuestros propios enemigos, haciéndonos expectativas sobre personas o situaciones, cosa que nos lleva a grandes decepciones, incluyendo aquellas donde la consecuencia de esa decepción pueda ser una percepción negativa sobre nosotros.

Un ejemplo de esto, es pensar que una pareja te traiciona porque no eres suficiente, cuando realmente las traiciones ocurren porque la otra persona no logra sincerarse contigo para terminar la relación porque ya no se siente conforme con ella, por supuesto, podemos cometer errores y estos pueden ser causa de algunas situaciones en nuestra vida, pero las injustificadas no son nuestra culpa, siempre seremos suficiente para la persona correcta, así no tengamos mucho que ofrecer y siempre faltará algo para la persona incorrecta, así le entreguemos el mundo entero.

Otro ejemplo es la autocrítica en niveles muy altos, todos podemos tener juicios hacia lo que hacemos para poder competir contra nosotros mismos, pero llevar eso a un nivel donde pasamos de crecer a destruirnos es uno de los mayores males, nuestro cerebro puede ser un gran aliado o un gran enemigo, dependiendo de nuestro control y equilibrio emocional.

Al perdonarnos, dejamos ir lo que no podemos controlar, aceptamos que no todas las personas son como esperamos, aceptamos que tenemos errores y que podemos fallar o que algo se nos puede hacer difícil sin hacernos sentir inútiles, pues no nacemos aprendidos y cada error nos da sabiduría.

Agradezco haber perdonado todo mi pasado y tener la fuerza para salir adelante y atreverme a mantenerme construyendo un futuro mejor, agradezco ser fuerte.

Many times I've heard the phrase "you must forgive yourself and move on", but only a couple of years ago I understood its meaning; many times we become our own enemies, making expectations about people or situations, which leads us to great disappointments, including those where the consequence of that disappointment may be a negative perception about us.

An example of this, is thinking that a couple betrays you because you are not enough, when really the betrayals occur because the other person does not manage to be sincere with you to end the relationship because they no longer feel satisfied with it, of course, we can make mistakes and these can be the cause of some situations in our lives, but the unjustified ones are not our fault, we will always be enough for the right person, even if we do not have much to offer and there will always be something missing for the wrong person, even if we give him/her the whole world.

Another example is self-criticism at very high levels, we can all have judgments about what we do in order to compete against ourselves, but taking that to a level where we go from growing to destroying ourselves is one of the greatest evils, our brain can be a great ally or a great enemy, depending on our emotional control and balance.

By forgiving ourselves, we let go of what we cannot control, we accept that not all people are as we expect, we accept that we have mistakes and that we can fail or that something can be made difficult for us without making us feel useless, because we are not born learned and every mistake gives us wisdom.

I'm grateful to have forgiven all my past and have the strength to move forward and dare to keep building a better future, I'm grateful to be strong.

I've completed one more day and I feel more and more committed to the challenge.
