It's the night before hubbys hernia operation. He's had another shower with the shower gel the hospital told him to use 5 days before his operation. This shower gel kills the MRSA Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus a superbug that's on your skin.
He will shower with this again tomorrow morning before he goes into hospital. He also has to wear clean clothes for the 5 days, clean pyjamas every night and for the 5th night i have stripped the bed remaking with fresh linen. Its been hard work but hopefully he is sanitised, disinfected and superbug free before his operation.
He has to get up before 7am for a slice of toast and cup of coffee as nothing more until he has come round from the operation.
Once hes home he will be sat on the sofa not allowed to move much for the first few weeks, he will sleep on the sofa as there he won't get pestered by the pups. He can start doing a little more after 4 weeks. The less he does gives the operstion more chance of working. If he does to much he could rip open again.
When ive dropped him off me and Nichola are off to the shops to fill the cupboards and get ourselves a few treats then home for a Couple of hours rest before his majesty comes home and starts wanting. Oh its going to be a lip biting few weeks. 😮
