An evening birthday party at the Dolphin Garden

Few days back, we had to go to a birthday party, at Dolphin Garden, not far from my home. This was our first visit to this place. Usually, these places, are very occupied in wedding seasons, and its difficult to get a booking. I felt, it was a grand arrangement for a birthday party. But may be they choose this place, because it was near to them.

Usually I am not a big fan to go to such parties. Rather more comfortable with limited friends, like @galenkp . But when the entire family wants to go, I have no choice. And I use these opportunities to spread the words about #HIVE - this post will be part of my google review of this place.

The place is having lot of open space and very well maintained - it gives flexibility to arrange as you like based on budget. And it has got one AC Hall, which can be used as well for the hosts. I felt, it was a small hall, that is the reason, they choose the open space instead.

They don't have any in house catering service, so you will have to arrange it. And they can certainly help you, however, when it comes to food, one needs to be cautious. There are few reputed brands, but again, its more about the budget and number. In this case, the food was kind of manageable.

Overall, the ambience is good, at the place, however, I think, this is more suitable for functions during winter. Otherwise a small rain can spoil the whole party. And since the hall space is very limited, it will be very hard to accommodate many guests inside that, forget about the food - it has to be placed outside. Also the parking arrangements were not good - it will be easily congested with large crowd.

The family enjoyed the party, my wife met some of her relatives and convinced me for some photographs where as I was just thinking how soon we can go home😀.
