Today is the day to do what matters. You definitely have some projects going on. Some things you want to work on. Something you want to learn.
Today is the best day to start. Even if you put it off until tomorrow, you'll wake up tomorrow morning and it will be today.

Let's say you wanted to travel the world. It's your dream. You think about it all the time and visualize how you're laying on your back at the beach or hiking some mountains.
Dreaming isn't enough.
It's good to have dreams but to reach them, you gotta have a plan.
You also need goals which you should split into short-term goals and long-term goals.
Without them, it's easy to give up because you can't really see where you're going.
When you have a plan, all you have to do is put in the effort and time.
What I wanted to say was - do your own thing today and remember to enjoy what you're doing. It's the key to doing something good and to mastering anything. Become the thing you're doing and don't let distractions carry you away.
In fact, you need to sort out your environment and shut down all the triggers, like a mobile phone or an email app.
Have the energy to act upon your dreams!
