Goodday everyone,
Around last week i clean the place where the birds are and i ask how many time sjould the pen to be clean. This is actuallly what am saying cleaning the pen should be once a week but when you notice that before the week runs out and the place is dirty quickly clean it up to avoid any diseases affecting your birds.
Since they are growing day by day their poo will increase from when they are just day old or one week.
Once i noticed that the place is dirty i see the need to clean the place up and to make sure the birds are in good health and free from any kinds of diseases.
In cleaning the pen i make use of broom,scrapper and bucket to pack the manure from the pen. After cleaning the pen i added sawdust to it and i have them their food and water. Also i added more trough to the once that are there because i notice with the two inside before they are struggling and fighting for food so i put one more trough so as to prevent them from injuring themselves and also prevent growth detard in which some will not be the chance to eat andbwhich can affect their growth.
