I was going through my note where usually write allvthe things i bought and tge amount when this topic came to me.
Keeping records in agriculture is very important. Though the record I keep i was able to keep track of my spending and how far I have spent so far and make decision,utilizing the resources on ground and keep track of the resources available.
I have a book which u record how much I spent,gadget I purchase in course of production if there is any, number of chicks I bought and the amount I got them, also price of the feed ,drugs and other things I bought. Keeping all this record will help you to determine your profit. That is, you have yo minus your cost of production from the sales of your product. Just imagine you didn't have records for the cost of production how will you be able to determine your profit.
Though there are different types of records but no matter the type of record you keep it goes a long way to shape your business and it enhance accountability and increase efficiency in business.
