A tumultuous few days

Look to the top left, over the roofs of my house and garage
It sure made a lot of noise. Woke me up at 6:39 am, I thought someone was pounding on my door

This is what I saw when I looked out that side door↑
Later, once the clearing had begun

It is unclear exactly where my property line runs, we suspect it runs THROUGH that tree or immediately next to it, so I cannot be liable for this damage, BUT the owners of that rental only paid for the downed limb to be removed, but did nothing about what will happen very shortly I'm afraid

That is my house behind this tree, it is adjacent to my driveway

Currently, this is how it looks out my side door

I DID get a little firewood from it, thanks to the guys who were doing the cutting up

So now, do I contact MY insurance company about the remaining, dangerous part of the tree?
The Rental Company is notoriously hard to get in contact with, who knows if they'll spring for going in on halfsies.
Prior to this event, on last Friday an 85 yr old lady down at the bottom of the hill had asked me to replace the hose sprayer in her sink.

I can no longer get down under a sink, but I was able to remove the broken one, then went to Lowe's
And bought a new nozzle and installed it for her. I only accepted the $4.84 change from the $100 bill she gave me.
So she contacted a friend of hers in Powder Springs

And bragged about getting her sink fixed. That lady wanted me to come and fix HERS as well.
So Saturday, I did, which required another trip to the store for a part.
THIS time, I accepted the $60 she pushed on me (she asked how much she owed me, I said $20... nope, she handed me 3 $20 bills and wouldn't change her mind.)
There are several more plumbing type things she really needs done, so we shall see
