A month ago, the @dcrops project launched this event to celebrate its 4 years on Hive, with some prizes included. But today I want to share my story with that activity, because it was wild.
With that said, let’s begin:
The event lasted 30 days and I was really hesitant about joining, because it required paying 4000 crops (the game's token), which is around 12 Hive. The issue was that 4 days had already passed since the event started, meaning I had missed out on those days and the chance to get golden tickets to go for some of the prizes. Another issue was the time commitment, as I had to log into the computer every day to claim the event eggs.
But I bought it and tried my luck what could go wrong? The investment wasn’t too high.
My goal was to collect at least 20 golden tickets in the 24 days I had left, to aim for the legendary land, although if I couldn’t reach that number, at least I’d go for the packs.
To be honest, the spring season helped me since I have some good NFTs for that season, and the tree gives good points (I’ll share an image here so you can see how it works). In short, every activity in the project would give you this type of egg, and when you had 250, you could buy a golden egg that gave you a chance to get a golden ticket.
But after 15 days, I wasn’t getting many golden tickets, so I decided to change plans and go for the beta edition packs instead or at least that was my plan.
With 3 days left in the event, I had gathered 15 golden tickets and I was about to buy 3 packs when I saw that there were none left. Damn...
Honestly, this was disheartening. I was left with the choice to either spend them on what little was left or light a candle and pray to the RNG gods to get 5 more golden tickets and reach 20 to buy the legendary land.
Well, dear friend, this story has a happy ending. Just recently, I got 2 golden tickets from the rewards, which completed my set of 20 and allowed me to buy my legendary land. Yesss!
This land, in the game’s marketplace, sells for an average of 150 Hive, and I only invested 11 haha. I also got these other rewards from the event, and I even had one day left since the event ends today.
Honestly, this made my day, because in the end, I achieved my goal, even though the odds weren’t in my favor.
My point is to show that an average person can get good rewards in Hive. I don’t know yet what I’ll do with the land, but the goal was reached, and I hope this serves as an example that these dcrops events are really worth it. So I invite you to participate when a new one comes up.

Hace un mes el proyecto @dcrops saco este evento por sus 4 años en hive con algunos premios; pero hoy quiero contarles mis historia con dicha actividad ya que fue una locura.
Dicho esto comencemos:
El evento como tal duraba 30 días y estaba muy indeciso en entrar o no ya que había que pagar 4000 crops (token del juego ) son alrededor de 12 hive. El problema radicaba en que ya habían pasado 4 días desde lanzaba el evento, es decir que había perdido la actividad de dichos días y la posibilidad de obtener los golden ticket para obtar por algunos de estos premios. Otro punto era el factor tiempo ya que debía entrar al computador diario para reclamar los huevos del evento.
Pero lo compre y tente a la suerte que podría pasar y bueno la inversión no era tanto.
Mi objetivo era reunir al menos 20 golden ticket en los 24 días que me quedaban para ir por la tierra legendaria aunque en caso de que no llegara a ese monto poder ir por al menos los packs.
Para serle honesto la temporada de primavera me ayudo ya que tengo buenos nfts allí y el árbol da buenos puntos ( aquí te comparto la imagen para que entiendas como funciona ), aunque en pocas palabras toda actividad en el proyecto daba esta especie de huevos y cuando tuvieses 250 podrías comprar un huevo dorado donde tenias la posibilidad de que te saliera un golden ticket.
Pero pasado los 15 dias no me estaban saliendo tantos golden ticket y decidí cambiar el plan y optar por comprar packs de la edición beta o ese era mi plan.
Faltaban 3 días para que se acabara el evento y tenia reunido 15 golden ticket y me disponía a comprar los 3 packs cuando miro ya no había ninguno, maldición....
Siendo honesto esto me desanimo y era gastar eso en lo poco que quedaba del evento o poner una vela y orar a los dioses del RNG que me salieran 5 golden ticket para completar los 20 y poder comprar la tierra legendaria.
Pues querido amigo esta historia tiene un final feliz, hace poco me salio en las recompensas 2 golden ticket con lo que complete los 20 y pude comprar mi tierra legendaria. Siiii
Esta tierra en el mercado del juego tiene un promedio de venta de 150 hive y invertí 11 jeje. También tengo estas recompensas del evento y me sobro un día ya que el evento termina hoy.
La verdad esto me alegro el día ya que al final pude obtener el objetivo así las estadísticas no estuvieran a mi favor.
Mi idea es mostrarles que una persona normal puede obtener buenas recompensas en hive, no se que haré con la tierra pero se cumplió la meta y que les sirva de ejemplo que estos eventos del dcrops son muy buenos, así que los invito a participar cuando salga alguno.
