Every day, so many people fall ill, apart from this, if we talk about a common man, then he falls ill many times in a year. Sometimes the symptoms of the disease are minor, but when he comes to know about the disease, it is quite dangerous.
Symptoms
Today I will tell you about one of my diseases, which I had a few years ago and it was quite dangerous, apart from this, its symptoms were like a common disease, but when I came to know about it, I was shocked. It was around 2016, at that time I was looking for a job in another city and I was taking training from an institute. It was the month of November and it had started getting slightly cold. Suddenly it happened that my appetite started decreasing.
In the beginning, it happened that my food intake was reduced by 25% and then gradually I kept increasing the percentage and after a few days I started feeling as if I would vomit on seeing the food. I went to a medical store and told them about these symptoms. They gave me some medicines and a liver tonic which would increase my appetite. I took those medicines for 2-3 days but it did not make any difference and my appetite kept decreasing. I felt that these symptoms could be of jaundice because I had suffered from jaundice many times before and at that time also I was having similar symptoms like loss of appetite, vomiting on seeing food and weakness.Along with all this, one more thing was happening to me and that was that in the evening I was having a mild fever and severe headache.

First checkup
I went to a doctor clinic and he suggest me to get tested for jaundice. I got my blood sample checked in a nearby laboratory and the next day in the evening I went to the doctor with the sample report. When the doctor saw the report, he said that the bilirubin level in your blood has increased by point one from normal, perhaps that is why you are having these problems. He prescribed me some medicines and asked me to avoid some food. I came home and I followed his instructions for a few days but even his medicines did not make any difference and my health started deteriorating further.
Second Checkup
At that time I was staying with my relatives and one day some of their friends had come and they asked me about my health. I told them that I had no idea about my health. They advised me that there is a doctor nearby. You can consult him. It is possible that he has detected your illness. I went to that doctor the next day and there was a long queue. I waited and my turn came after a long time. I told him all the symptoms and also shared with him the information about the previous doctor's report and medicines. He also told me that these symptoms could be of jaundice. You should once go to some other laboratory and get tested for jaundice. He also gave me a slip with the information about the jaundice and the name of the test written on it. Then suddenly it came to his mind that you also have headache and fever. Then suddenly what happened, he said that you do not need to get this test done at this liberty. I think that your lungs are filled with water due to which you are facing this problem. At this time he tore the slip in which the name of the laboratory and the test details were mentioned and told me to get another test done the next day. Along with this he also said that I am 95% sure that you have this disease but it is very important to get the test done.
I went for the test the next day and got it done in the morning and the report came after about 4 hours. I took the report to the doctor and when I showed him the report, he said that I was sure that you have this disease and the same disease was detected in the test also.
Disease confirmed By Doctor
After this, the doctor called my relatives who had come with me and informed them about my disease. At first, they were very scared but the doctor explained that it is in the initial stage and the treatment will last for about 10 to 11 months and you will be cured. It has to be done properly and then this disease can be cured if the negligence continues.
After that the doctor prescribed me a lot of medicines and asked me to eat some healthy food as the medicine was of very high power so along with that I
also needed a better diet.

**Medication Side Effects **
Initially when I was taking those medicines, due to the heavy power medicines, my weight had reduced a lot and I was also weak and my stomach was also very upset. The biggest loss that I faced due to this disease was that my training was left midway and I could not continue it further because the doctor had said that you should not go out of your house for about 2 months because this disease could infect someone else. The doctor said that the disease has spread to me from another patient, so I will have to take special precautions for a few months. I was completely quarantined at home for about 2 months.

After 2 months, when I got myself examined again and got other tests done, the doctor said that I will have to take more medicines but now I can go out and live among people. Then I took medicines for about 9 more months. The number of medicines I was taking in the beginning was gradually decreasing. In the beginning, I used to take about 8 pills at a time but then gradually after 4 months the pills became 6 and then 4 and finally in the 11th month there were only 2 pills. Finally, when I went to the doctor for a test, he asked me to get the same number of tests done again and when the test reports came normal, then the doctor said that now you can stop taking medicines. It felt to me as if I had won a big battle because it was a very difficult phase in the sentence. I faced a lot of problems and I had never experienced such a thing before.
**Impact of this Disease in my life **
This disease had many deep effects on my life. The first effect was on my future because I had come from my home to another city for a job and it had been more than six months since I was not getting a job. Due to this I was training in an institute and there were about 2 months left for my training to be completed but then I got sick here and the doctor had instructed that you cannot go out of the house for a few months and due to this my training was also missed due to which my course was not completed and I was not able to sit in the exam and neither did I have any interview in the future. The training that I had done for the previous 6 months also became useless in a way and the money paid for its fees also went waste. I talked to the institute but people there were saying that we cannot do anything in this situation because there is no such provision in this course under which a student can get medical leave and suppose if they give medical leave then how will you cover the syllabus which is being taught in the class, if the topics are not clear then how will you be able to solve the questions in the interview.
**My Research about Condition & Disease **
I changed about two doctors and the second doctor gave me the correct information about these symptoms and based on the instructions given by him, my diagnosis of this disease started. When I was taking his medicine, after about a week I started feeling hungry and the symptoms of fever etc. also reduced. Although there was weakness and upset stomach, but all these were side effects of medicines which reduced after about a few months. Then I did a lot of research on the internet about this disease because I wanted to know how I got this disease. I had never heard about this disease before and I was hearing its name for the first time. When I got information about it on the internet, I got to know a lot of reasons there but then when I asked the doctor, he told me that it spreads in your body by an infected person. He told me that sometimes it happens that all this happens unknowingly. Suppose you are talking to a person who is infected with this disease and you do not know about it.If while talking, some articles of that person's saliva get transferred inside your mouth, then you will also get infected. Apart from this, suppose you are shaking hands with an interested person and his hands are sweating a lot, then after that if you eat food with the same hand without washing it, then also you can get infected.
Prevent or Manage
If people want to avoid such a disease, then they have to take some precautions. These are such precautions which are also useful in the daily life of a common man. First of all, you have to try not to talk to the person you are talking to by keeping your face directly in front of us. Along with this, talk by maintaining some distance so that by mistake any saliva article does not reach your mouth.
The second precaution you have to take is that if you are shaking hands with any person or doing anything that brings you in contact with another person, then after that you have to sanitize your hands properly. Without sanitizing or washing your hands, you should not even take your hands near your mouth.
You should try to eat as little unhygienic food as possible from outside and if you really want to eat outside, then eat from a place where you can trust that they serve completely hygienic food. Do not eat from someone else's leftovers even if he is your friend.

My Advice to people going through similar experience
If a person gets this disease, then I would like to tell them that first of all you should not worry at all because people get scared on hearing the name of this disease and they think how will such a long treatment last. Because in this disease you do not have to skip even a single medicine because if you do so then you will have to do the treatment of so many months again and if you remain careless like this then your lungs can stop working completely. The patient has to make a routine so that he can take the medicine according to the proper timing of the body. Along with taking the medicine, the patient may have to eat extra healthy things as he may have to go to the washroom again and again, so you will have to drink a lot of water and if you eat healthy things which get digested easily then your recovery will be fast.
Apart from this, you should try to breathe in clean and fresh air in the morning, this will keep your lungs healthy and your mind will also remain calm. It is very important to have a calm mind because people feel that what is the use of me here, I have got sick and many bad thoughts start coming in their mind.
Along with this, you have to try to keep your contact with people to a minimum because they also remain at risk of getting infected and try to wear a mask even inside the house and take special care of cleanliness.
Apart from this, I would like to tell you one more thing that is that apart from transmission, there are many other reasons due to which this disease occurs, although many people get it due to those reasons but the reason for that is transmission. Whenever you are seeing such signs in your body, you should immediately get your lungs checked because many times it happens that you go to another doctor and he asks you to do some other tests, so it is very important to get the right treatment at the right time because if this does not happen then the problems can increase.
In this disease, you need a lot of rest in the initial stage, so try to do as little physical work as possible and rest as much as possible because if it is of high power, you will get weak anyway and if you keep working without taking care of yourself, it is possible that your health may deteriorate further, so that is why you have to try to take as many precautions as possible.
