Breaking Down the Healthcare System: What Small Towns Really Need

Nowadays everyone is very much worried about their health and they should be because we all have only one life and for this, we should be very careful and we should think a lot about our health. Some people take a lot of care of their health and some people do not care about their health at all. See, when we are young, we rarely get any kind of disease, but as our age increases, the diseases also increase in us, if you do not work on your body in your youth, and do not do any physical activities, then it can cause you a lot of trouble in the future and we have often seen that people do not control their eating habits, due to which they have to face a lot of problems. See, everyone eats but you do not do exercise with it and neither do you have a good routine, then perhaps in such a situation you may have to face a lot of problems, many people are very careful about their eating habits but they also do exercise accordingly, so that their body remains muscular. Look, for any kind of treatment, big or small, we need to go to the hospital. If there is a good hospital there, then you do not need to worry. Often we have seen that there are different hospitals in big cities and if you have money, then you can get your treatment done anywhere.

But in small cities, you have very limited resources, in such a situation some private hospitals do as they please. In big cities there are many hospitals so you can go to different places and get treatment and you can choose the hospital according to your capacity but in small cities, you have limited options and due to compulsion you have to go to private hospitals because the condition of government hospitals is very bad and government hospitals are not open during the night in small cities. Even on night there are doctors in the hospital and that too in the emergency room but the type of treatment is not available there as is available during the day because to be honest government hospitals have not been trained for that type of treatment but if you go out your hospital remains open even at night and all types of doctors are available there all the time. See there is some emergency in the hospital but good facilities are not available everywhere whereas it should be so because if you are paying tax then you should get all types of facilities otherwise what is the need to pay tax if you do not get comfort and facilities?

When we have minor illnesses, we go to any medical store and get medicines but when our problem is serious, we have to go to the doctors in the hospital but some doctors are very good, they take their profession very seriously and study each case very well but some doctors try to create a ruckus in such cases and also sit in their private clinics. They do not treat properly in government hospitals but if you go to see them in private hospitals, even then they analyse you well and treat you well. See, this is a very common thing and it happens everywhere, if you are a government doctor, then to reach there you have to spend years in studies and a lot of money is also spent, if you are a senior doctor then you get a very good salary and if you are a surgeon then you get a very good salary for your work.

In small towns, there are hospitals, there is no proper medication, no machine and no doctor, just a name is used for hospitals and there is nothing in the name of facilities. I have often seen this in my city, when a case becomes critical, I feel that health facilities are something on which the government should spend a lot and should provide it from time to time so that people can be checked up regularly, even if not monthly, all citizens should be checked up once, so that data is also obtained and people also get information about their health, many people do not go to the hospital out of fear, they fear that they may get some serious disease. But see, if you feel that you are ill, then you must go to a specialist hospital and get your treatment done there. Look, private hospitals often have very good facilities but such things are rarely seen in government hospitals, this does not happen in big cities, but I feel that if the government builds good hospitals in small cities and provides all kinds of facilities there too, then it would be good and in such a situation the common citizens will be very happy and will also give blessings. Not all the citizens can afford the expenses of the hospitals.
