Today I’m sticking these frozen meatballs in the air fryer with a locally sourced batch of marinara sauce for flavor.

I know a restaurant that has fun and delicious daily specials. Prices are good and the food is always delicious. Last time I visited I picked up some marinara sauce to go.

I’ve been DREAMING of making this combination. I’ve also decided to take it a step further!
I officially declare that I will get a batch of marinara sauce to take home for food experiments every time I visit an “Italian” deli Or restaurant.

These are jalapeños from the pickle jar! I didn’t tell y’all about that exactly... it’s easy to figure out. I have a draft post on the pile...

Can’t let’s these dry up. Maybe I’ll spray a little coconut oil on it first... maybe...

That reminds me! Cook it all like the highly detailed info graphic below.

Yum. Smells good. I don’t think I cooked it long enough. I better eat one and make sure. Yum. Tastes like cheese and meat. Needs more time to cook.
OH TRAGEDY!!!
I tried one of the cooked jalapeño! It’s not spicy anymore. 😢 Please full downvote this post. I deserve it for wasting these overpriced jalapeños from Bristol Farms. Dumb. I’ll use serrano’s next time.
Next time I’ll hold the sauce until the end of the cooking cycle. This time I was lazy and I had a feeling the sauce would over cook. I don’t care, kinda wanted I see how bad it could get if I focused on the met balls.

It’s good. A little burnt marinara sauce never hurt nobody.

Yum. I eat it. Yum.
This post is dedicated to all my air fryer homies out there! Where you at?!?
Thanks for the support and back up.

Eat well, shit well, and be happy.
