I joined the "Say Anything" community so I can let it out and share what's on my mind. I think it's okay not to be okay. You can not always be strong and happy. Sometimes you get weak, want to cry, need a break and "me time". We always need "me time" it's necessary for all of us. Because taking a break from things and everyone, you get to know yourself better. You understand yourself better. When life knocks you down you should take a break.
I've always heard "Don't quit, get some rest instead". I follow this every single of my life. When I get tired of everything I take a break from everybody. I find a peaceful place so I can think and understand things, people and myself (especially).
