Newcastle United is interested in signing Hugo Ekitike this summer and has already offered a bid of 80 million euros for the player. However, Liverpool has an interest in Ekitike and will only enter the rest to sign the player if Newcastle United still don't want to sell Isak this summer, so basically Liverpool is telling Newcastle either they accept the bid for Alexander Isak or they enter a bidding war with them for Hugo Ekitike this summer.
Liverpool has had a club-to-club talk with Newcastle United offering a record signing of 120 million euros for Alexander Isak if they open the doors to negotiating for the player.
